Guild Wars 2

I hardly ever post on the forums, but my excitement for the Revenant made me do it!

Back in Guild Wars 1, Ritualist was by far my favorite profession. It was love at first sight when I first played the Factions public betas.

Now, with the BWE3 the same happened with Revenant. I love the profession.

I was wondering though, and perhaps suggesting, about the pose the rev uses when he or she carries the staff in a ‘battle pose’.

Why not update it to make it look like the battle pose of the Ritualist staff? It would fit, and add even more flavor to the profession. Same goes for the sword animations. Now it just sort of wacks it around, while the Ritualist had these special and deliberate attack animations on all weapons.

Also, will there be Ritualist-like armors for rev?

I like it. Like someone else said, it gives it some personality.

Only thing I changed is x for heal, and shift+1,2,3,4 for attunements. Based on this thread, I’m gonna experiment with some better placement for my utilities.

I’m fairly sure this has been posted before, but for the RP members among us, it would be really awesome if a real day/night cycle was in place.
Also options like sitting on chairs, more emotes, that sort of thing.

I want to know this as well. The PvP Rubric chest is given as a reward option in one of the personal story quests. I really like the armor, and I want it.

I already had a sylvari mesmer, so I created a charr elementalist. The armors look different and I liked to play an unconventional combination. And I like cats.

I’m loving my charr more and more now.

Only Tengu really. I love them.

Definitely Tengu, and possibly Kodan.
Gods the second Tengu become playable I’m playing one.

When they talk, they have the same type of “voice enrichment” as the charr.
Instead of the charr like slobbering, its the clattering of their beak.

The ghost are more tragic I think. I liked them though, especially when you meet characters from gw1 that repeat the things they also said in 1.
