On Firefox for PC I am getting this:

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I hope if they don’t get this fixed they will extend their special offer for purchases that occur today.

I too am regretting my purchase, but I disagree with the above posts.

1. Allowing ‘your friends’ will simply allow the 20 different alternate accounts the botters have to load in for free mats, ie., “please make botting easier.”

2. I am very disappointed that it is only providing about 3 items per day. Please leave this item so that it only allows the owner to collect mats, but increase the amount of mats .

I am still playing and logging in, but still having latency and disconnect issues.

Support told me you were under a DDOS attack and that things should be resolved soon.

However, this has been happening since I came back to the game about 2 weeks ago.

Have had connection issues for about 2 weeks, game crashes for about a week. Now I cannot login at all: Build: 79306 Error Code: 58:11:5:535


Cannot submit Support ticket due to the above issue beginning with Rajjy connecting to the following named address (https://en.support.guildwars2.com/).

I am using Firefox: 54.0.1 (32-bit), the following is the message it gives me:

“Your connection is not secure

The owner of en.support.guildwars2.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox may only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate."


EDIT: I closed the tab denying me support, closed the tab to the forums, reconnected to the main page and was able to connect to Support.


EDIT: as of 9:10 EST I have logged in and been playing for about 15mins.


EDIT: 10:09 EST latency issues followed by disconnect.

There have been DDOS attacks on the servers apparently. This would cause you to be unable to login, which I imagine is the first step in connecting to their game servers.

I’ve played a lot of games, had a lot of mounts that I absolutely loved getting, grinding faction for, etc.

I just don’t feel mounts would fit with the nature of the game.

I just came back to the game a week or so ago and I have experienced DCs about every hour and a half, sometimes less. From the beginning I assumed the problem was on my end and followed the basics in checking and tweaking. But nothing has worked.

Would you like to see more "realistic" sets?

I just returned to the game. I think in my mind what I see is a difference in taste for stylization. People I know don’t like the over the top anime swords, etc. I don’t think it’s an issue. However, I’m not a fan of that style aesthetically speaking.

So, I would like to see new sets with sleeker forms, less pizzazz sticking out all over the place, more realistic if you will.

But I would like to see them added to the game’s current content and alongside continued content created in their current styles. I’m saying add to the options, don’t subtract from the options.

daily completionist

I am a returning player and I am having trouble ‘reading’ the UI.

I am simply trying to determine which dailies are available for Daily Completionist and what these dailies require.

I have opened up Daily and I have DC tracking, but it just gives me a percentage completed. When I click on the box that says Daily Completionist it doesn’t give me specific information that I can see.

Obviously, I am missing something. Any help appreciated.
