Thanks great ideas. Where do i find level 80 mobs or do things scale in different areas?

I have played mmos on and off for a long time now. I have heard some things about HoT

I logged in yesterday after not playing since 5 months after launch of the game.

My Guardian is now level 80 and i really have no idea where i am.

What area should i head to do? Maybe start with a fresh line of quests and areas to run around and explore?

I almost forgot even how to play. Is there already a post someone can link to help me out?

Would i be better off starting over from level 1? I have few level 20’s engineer, theif

Any opinions on the best way to jump back in would be appreciated.

Like the title reads. I love the Asura race and i am 80 guardian and level 25 eng but getting bored fast. I tried thief and it wasnt for me. What class would recommend to bring my interest back to the game and why?

I just wish the game had a healer. I loved the old days of a group of 5 people could take out a group 10-12 because of good healer.

Can some list the armor sets for 80 healing.

I wanna be able to heal and survive forever and I don’t care about damage I have a full seeker set .

If anyone wants to link there build too . That would be cool.

For my beserker set , what gems should i get? should i get things with toughness to balance out squishiness or should i stack more power/crit?

Not really sure ? any advice would help

Just got a full set of zerker and i have 3300 attack power and i put swiftness on my greatsword.

I now love my guardian. I play with my brother who is a good thief and we own.

I thought dps was nerf but wow its still strong and pair it with scepter and start your attack from far away . 2 auto attacks with wand and then hit number 2 for AoE and then hit 3 to stop them in there tracks and switch to greatsword jump in and hit 4 and then 2 . They should be dead!

I just hit 80. I have support gear and enjoy the occastional healing but i wanna go dps. I know power to gear but i do know what else to stack? i like greatsword and sword and board/focus.

I guess i still do not understand that stats in this game?

Can someone help me out me out?

Thanks sounds like My Engineer is the way to go! Seems like guardian is spec to much for support and Engineer can do it better and better damage. I love being able to run into the battle and swing away but if you run into smart players they just run away or try to kite. I just hit 80 on my guardian too and was just hoping for a better answer but its not there yet.

Anyone else falling out of love with their main and rolling Engineer?

I just hit 80 on my guardian and WvW just isnt doing it for me? I feel like melee is kitten still and WvW is just turning into the bigger zerg and on dungeons i just get rocked by anything that has aoe and range?

any suggestion or thoughts on your experience.
