Thanks to the thief from Blacktide [pK] and an engi + warr from Dzag [Noob] for the awesome duels late last night on FoW bl east of the ruins!

I’m finding some decent roaming action this week, hopefully this will continue

The apology is appreciated and shows how great the WvW community is, as it’s not even the fault of the regular WvW’ers on Drakkar!

Last night I found some great fights at the south supply camp on FoW bl, managed to get in quite a few good, evenly matched fights before the zerg arrivedHopefully this is the start of a trend as the PvE hero’s get their achievements and those that aren’t interested in WvW leave us to it ^^

This match-up is so boring it makes me want to PvE ^^

A few people from Drakkar Lake are just sitting in Lowlands Keep on their cannons in EB and spawn camping FoW, really is quite sad to see. So far I’ve only managed to find a few people who don’t run away or waypoint/log off (seriously!) when you approach them 1vs1, I can’t wait for this season bs to be over and we can go back to fighting Vabbi

By a small guild I mean a guild that has 2-10 players online at EU peak times.

It seems there really aren’t many small WvW guilds recruiting on the forums so a PvX guild that runs small havoc style WvW would be great!

T9 EU has a fair few roamers and a couple of roaming guilds, but I’ve noticed a rise in blobbing over the last month or 2! I’m on the lookout for a roaming/havoc style guild so if you find one or want to set one up in the EU then get in touch!

Now that transfers are free to medium pop servers, i’d be particularly interested in the lower tier servers with medium populations.

I still don’t mind paying gems to get to any server for the right guild though.

I’m currently looking for a small scale WvW guild in the lower tiers of EU, preferably one that enjoys roaming, taking on larger groups and defending towers against zergs. Use of voice comms is a must, as is the ability to laugh when things go wrong

The Crimson Shields is a casual guild on FoW!! We are pretty small at the moment but slowly growing. We do everything in gw2 but particularly enjoy WvW (we have a commander). In terms of time commitment we are very relaxed and casual, we will organise guild events once a week or so but there is certainly no pressure to turn up to them, they are just there if you want them!

As the title says, i’m looking for a small UK based (or EU, whatever really) WvW roaming guild that is organised and makes use of tactics every now and then. I play Mesmer as my first choice and have a Guardian with commander tag if it’s needed. I don’t have a lot of time during the week so I only play for an hour or so when I can and then play for a couple of hours on the weekend. In terms of server, I really don’t mind as long as it’s EU, although I would prefer not to be in the top couple of tiers.

Ok, so we have our party, we have our voice communication. All that remains left to be organised is which race/class we will all be playing! I’ll be making an Asura Necromancer at some point today ready to jump in to the action tonight

I have a Mumble server that we can use, although not sure about the quality of it (as it’s free) so if anyone has access to a TS3 server that would probably be better.

I’ve heard from Areth and he is also fine to meet tomorrow although not sure what time, shall we say 20:00 GMT tomorrow unless the others have a problem making that time?

What is up with the Aurora Glade server :o Maybe I should transfer over there so we can all be on the same server ^^

So now we have our 5 I will PM you all and we can start talking about a date/time to get this thing rolling

If anyone else is interested in this we could do it with 2 groups (i.e. all on teamspeak, mumble etc and level together just in 2 parties). It wouldn’t even have to be 2 full groups, could be 2 groups of 3 or whatever! The more the merrier!

Yeh I think it’s probably best if we all start a new character (or have one that has only done the introduction) so that we are all level 2 when we start. Do you think we should all be the same race to make the personal story playable as a group? I’m not really sure on this one, it would be great to play as a a group through the story but then it makes it less ‘personal’ as we would always be playing someone else’s story. What do you guys think?

In terms of race/class, just to put it out there – I’m going to make an Asura necromancer

Yeh it will be tricky! I’m from the UK so I’m really only looking for people on EU servers just to make the time differences a bit easier to handle ^^ I am able to play most evenings from around 8pm GMT.

I’m on the Fissure of Woe server currently but I have enough cash left over from when I used to play to transfer to any server! Although I would really prefer it to be an EU sever just for ease of timings etc.

Edit: Just remembered that guesting exists So that is also an option.

We have started leveling but unfortunately one of our group can’t continue with us, so we are looking for a fifth member of our leveling party We are all level 9/10 Asura at the moment so we are looking for someone who has a character at that level or who would be willing to level up to around that level. We are using Mumble for the voice chat but we would like to use teamspeak, so if anyone has space on a server that would be great If you’re interested just leave a reply or contact me in-game. After a month away from gw2 I finally have some free time to start playing again! When I went to log on today I realised that when I leveled my first character I didn’t really take my time to enjoy the game – I just scrambled to get to 80 as fast as I could, mostly playing solo.

One thing I have always wanted to try in an MMO is the idea of leveling a character as part of a team. So, meeting up every couple of days or so (or more/less) with 4 other players and playing through the content as a group. Maybe using teamspeak or something similar to have some laughs along the way

Is there any interest in something like this? it would be great if anyone that is interested could leave a reply or PM me

(it’s also worth mentioning that I’m from the UK so people from EU time-zones would probably be best)

Based on advice from Darkkist (a few posts below) I’m going to expand my search from UK WvW guilds to English speaking EU WvW guilds!

I’m basically looking for a guild that is heavily into WvW and uses voice communication to organise tactics etc. I would ideally like the guild to be small/medium sized and rely on tactics and skill to take down enemy zergs rather than a zerg guild but I will consider any WvW guild so leave a response or PM me if your guild is recruiting! I will also consider any server (EU) as I can transfer over but I want to find the right guild first. Its worth mentioning that I love to play as an underdog so lower tier servers are particularly attractive!

As the title says, I’m looking for a UK based guild on a low tier EU server that pretty much exclusively does WvW. I would count ‘low tier’ as the bottom 2 tiers (http://mos.millenium.org/matchups).

The reason for this search is that I want to actually make a difference in WvW and I love playing as the underdog! I almost have enough gold to buy a commander icon but I want to find the right server/guild before I buy it.

My character name is Argóneth and I play a full healing power support guardian.
