Was in WvW using pistol/shield con dmg build.
Shooting enemies off here and there without even moving.

Ranger enemy: comes spamming arrows and dodging here and there.

>starts auto-attacking with pistol, stacking up 6-8 bleeds (130 per tick).
>Ranger dies, I did not even move an inch, 3/4 hp remaining.

Thief enemy: charging towards me like a mad man.
>Starts auto attacking till he is near, puts up magnetic shield and knocks him back.
>Continues with poison dart and auto attack.
>He goes stealth, I wait.
>Stabs me to 1/2 hp and i put a shield up to reduce further dmg.
>Bled him to 1/8 hp by then, and finished him off.
>Didnt move an inch.

Pretty much the same for the rest of the classes, maybe hav to run back and forth to avoid zergs in WvW.
Even did well against a mesmer + ranger 2v1 there.

inbe4 gem prices become 1g for 10 gems.

I go WvW in my farming traits , farming enemies like they are mobs. Works btw.

Make sure you dont go all out offence in your skills. Have some for escaping like the slick shoes or elixir S, supply crates work well too.

In fact, supply crates are a good “Signal” for the rest of ur zerg/team to rush forward.

When faced with a large enemy zerg capping ur point and your zerg is all behind afraid to move forth, what I do is: Throw some freeze grenades out at the same time, summon a supply crate on them. Usually by the time u summoned, you would have 10+ enemies targeting you, good time to haul kitten Pop in elixir S and back the hell off while your zerg rushes forth during that 2-3 sec stun of the crate.
Pop a healing turret and run back into fight.

For proper targeting of grenades, you will hav to train and get used to predicting where the enemy moves. It gets easier over time, esp with the large aoe the freeze grenades do (most impt skill imo), you will hit 90% of the time.

Remember, WvW is about teamwork, not solo play.

Yes engineers are very hardy. One time, my whole dungeon party died at the boss, so I had to solo kite it and do minor dps while the NPC did more

Soloing underwater champs are easy if they are not ranged.

So..

You can get banned for using in game mechanics which has a chance of failing causing your death while killing mobs?
Where no terrain bugs or any sort of bugs/exploits are used?
You get banned when no external programs were used either?
What is this? " I am jealous so you get banned" game?

Do you even understand how turrets work ?

Clear WvW, not possible to miss any hearts. Go look through your maps, see if you missed any maps.
Dungeons are not required.

Google for secret jump areas for achievements.

And the purpose of it? You lose bonus experience very fast. This is also boring and unimaginative.

You can multitask, do other stuff while you earn gold.

If you are already worrying like that at lv 30, switch class then. Why bother asking?

Funny. Been farming 1 type of mob for 8 hours straight.

Like many people, I am shooting for the human cultural tier 3 armor; and as we all know, that beast of an armor costs 119G for a whole set. Although I don’t really agree with the price, I’ve been saving up to get my hands on this.

Currently I have 12.6G, mainly from exploring maps, doing hearts and completing dungeons. I’ve started since the headstart launched (so about 2 weeks) and this is what I got. I have been slowing down on exploring because it’s too time consuming and am just doing dungeons now, occasionally selling on the trading post when I get good drops. If I have a good day, I make 1.5-2G a day.

What do you guys do make your money, and how effective is it?

Well you have another option, that is to use real money and get gems and sell/trade em for gold.

Are you serious? Selling Gems to get Gold is a total ripoff. 100 Gems for 50 Silver, as to 1 Gold for 400 Gems.

Just spend your skill points, when you reach level 80, you continue to “level up” to gain skill points.

Resetting trait is very cheap too, just try out different builds till you find a nice 1 for yourself.
