Im still quite unsure if the colour change should be applied to all back pieces, or only fractal back pieces. But personally I hope its only for fractal back pieces (my selfish desires >.<)

Hello,

I go by the name kit. I’m currently looking for a new organised English speaking WvW focused guild in EU to call home.

I started Gw2 in NA, starting in the Gates of Madness server, then transferring to the Isle of Janthir server and eventually to EU Piken square to experience the EU WvW. I really enjoy the EU WvW alot and hope to find a new guild among the EU servers.

I play mainly WvW. I love roaming solo, in small groups, and also being part of organized raids.

I play all the classes except ranger, and have them all at lvl 80 and pretty much geared. I main a thief. I have played thief when I started gw2, and love it. I do a lot of builds theory crafting for thief as well, and I also have experience and understanding in playing thief in a focus group during a raid.

If I can find a guild that suits me, I wouldn’t mind transferring servers at all.

Hers a pro tip for ioj: learn to rez ur servermates. Especially in any group fight. Rezzing helps.

Im sick of dying trying to rez pugs who won’t do the same for me.

Today A few of us [RUN] members were running around BP side in EB and camping spelden looking for fun small group fights, and you BP gave it to us. Even though early on it was just stragglers here and there.. then it became a small group.. then it became a zerg that came after us. But It was really really fun when it was those small fights. You guys are persistant and thats great.

Classic IOJ… [RUN] member runs half way across the zone to avoid a 1v1 his guildmate comes turns it into a 1v2 then talks kitten asking for a 1v1.

Then puts me on ignore when I respond with common sense and still to this second (10 minutes after this) spamming every type of umad comment imaginable. But clearly this kid isn’t mad at all… according to him anyway.

wow .. those are some really nice daggers.. i myself also personally prefer longer looking daggers.. hence why im using corrupted shards.. with their effects.. they look longer..

I personally am hoping anet comes up with daggers with blackish purple effects like lord taeres’s shadow.. it would go so well with my ninja/matrix look thief. XD

I really don’t know where to post this and I wasn’t able to find a similar topic in the forums. But as the topic states, me and many others I know would like to see anet develop nicer dagger skins. Tbh, many of the daggers in this game look pretty below average with only some looking decent like the corrupted shards and AC daggers. I personally don’t like the look of incinerators though others like it hence its not much incentive for me to work for one.

Looking at the champion weapon drops in this latest event. All the weapons look amazing except for the daggers (Anton’s boot blade and the sacrificial knife or something) and if you compare it to Lord Taeres’s Shadow or Entropy, Genesis or Cobalt or even crystal guardian, It really isn’t on the same level by far.

I hope Anet can give more attention to dagger skin designs in future, it would really give ppl who play dagger wielding classes something to look forward to.

Good strategy u had.. kiting and baiting us up to your valley then ganking from bravost side,then somehow it ended up being 2 v 15 or so.

It was good fun though. dodging in and out and downing and running. I nearly gotten away too but Hs the wrong way. T_T (sucha noob)

Not that it matters, but I’d bet you’re that thief from SF or KOR. We’ve been more focused this morning/tonight on getting camps upgraded, etc. If you got ran from, it’s because a fight with you was less important than other tasks.

GOM attacked our keep 5 different times: 4 trebs, 1 Alpha golem, 1 Omega golem, 2+ catapults. We had a bugged Watergate that couldn’t get repaired unless u were at a certain spot too. Gom after failing all of this decided to PVE door. We were also outmanned for the first half of the battle.

Seriously, when was the last time GoM has got a match that required us to work?

I personally don’t care if we’re T1 or T8, as long as the matchups are good and the fights are fun/challenging.

I don’t think that’s an option for Gates. You will either get into a matchup where the numbers are close and get destroyed or have an overwhelming population against your opponents. We have faced higher ranked servers, and I’m telling you, your overall WvW presence is much higher than over half of them. I’m not saying everyone on the server is terrible, but a huge percentage are. This is why you are stuck in the lower tiers. A-net is doing your server a favor.

Im going out on a limb to say that this post will most probably be flagged and reported.. I won’t be surprised.

AR is dropping tiers because a lot of us don’t play WvW to play WvW. We play WvW to kill people. This is where the skill part comes in. The guild we lost, ALS, left because the people in our server don’t like attacking & defending doors. So when they left, we lost a giant chunk of the players that played for towers/keeps/etc.

I understand what you say. I play WvW to roam and kill other people too. Though Im not a fan of actual duelling nor do I like following a Zerg. just a group of us running around doing random silly stuff. Thats fun for me. whats also fun is messing with a zerg with 4 others, and seeing how well we do. That what keeps me going back to wvw.
