I’ve had the same problem since Tuesday on both my laptop and desktop.
I first noticed that my general setting were reset after installing the first build update that was released after Wintersday update. I believe it was around 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. PST.
My laptop and desktop are both running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and using the 32 bit Guild Wars 2 client.

I have a Logitech G500 wired mouse and am having the exact same problem with the right mouse click losing focus while turning. I haven’t had any trouble using the right mouse to turn the camera until a few days ago. As a side note my right mouse button is working great in Windows and other games.
