The new animation looks absolutely terrible. Please remake the original animation to look the same but without bugs, don’t just slap a ugly new one on there.

it gives 3% LF and 8% additional direct damage per unique condition. so a scepter1-chain + scepter2 gives 3*3%=9%LF. If you add dagger 5, its 12%.
Wow, that’s actually pretty bad. I always thought it was 8% per condi. I guess OP has a point then, lf generation on scepter could use a buff.
Scepter 3 gives you 3% plus 8% per condition on the enemy. If you follow a scepter 1 chain with scepter 2 and then scepter 3, you get 27% lf. 35%, if you add a dagger 5. You’d think that’s enough to reliably generate lf.
I first used a single drop of liquid karma. They usually give +600 karma. I got +748 karma. Then I used a drip of liquid karma. They usually give +150. I got +187 karma.
600 and 150 are the values after the fix (that will be back in september). Right now, a drip gives 100 base karma and you got 87 extra karma with 87% boost. It checks out.
I think Scythe or Polearm would be a new weapon that could be introduced to fill that role.
The skill is not supposed to deal high damage, it’s to gain life force and it’s pretty good at that.
Death Magic I Dark Armor trait is way too invaluable to pass.
But Scepter doesn’t have any channeling skills? Are you using axe or dagger mainhand?
ps: still bummed they didn’t fix the auto kill on my golem upon winning but o well.
I wonder if doing 4gambit without golem would be faster gold than doing 5gambit with golem waiting.
You could cut the Golem recharge by 12 seconds by taking the 20% Minion recharge trait.
I also could imagine a necromancer could use a torch as a mainhand weapon
That’s a great idea. It would really set the Necro and other torch users apart.
