(playing on the 64bit client, if it makes any difference)

I can’t move my char by pressing the two buttons at the same time (like in PC) so I’m forced to use the WSAD to move it. Also I can’t control the camera properly with the mouse, so it’s a hell of a headache to move the char. Any solution?

Why’s the sigil return problematic? You’d get the sigils with the Mystic kits anyway

What profession (and spec combo) is best for harvesting node? In other words, any way to make a character particularly fast, without speed boosterS?

Well whatever, if they can’t make it all account bound, the ability to unlearn a craft (just like in WoW) will still improve things greatly.

Great idea too. Automatically unlock all crafts for all GW players, and give them the ability to account-wide lvl them. I like that. It simplifies things significantly.

It’s awesome when you use all 9 maximum character slots per server to create a character of each profession, and assign a different craft to each of them (there are 9 total).

However, if you already assigned a second craft to one or more of your characters, it is impossible to unlearn! This is extremely annoying when you try to hover above each on the character selection slot when you need to craft something and log-in with a specific char.

So please, ArenaNet, add the simple ability to unlearn a craft from the craft master or something. Thanks.

Hopefully they’ll do something with it.

If you have 9 characters (one of every prof), would it make more sense to pick and level two crafting professions for each characters, or just one? (there are 9 profs, so 9 for 9)

In other question: is there any benefit to having two of the same profession maxed out?

I’m looking to join a guild and participate/contribute as much as I can. I’m a casual players, from Gunnars Hold EU, playing mainly a Berserker for now, though i plan to experiment with all other professions when I get the time.

I would like to be a part of a social, fun, mature guild. I am 29 years old. I own a business and travel the world a lot, so I can’t guarantee not being out for a month or so every once in a while. But when I play, I will only spend time representing that guild. I prefer putting my eggs in one basket and nurturing that basket

Looking mainly for PvP, but I really dig the idea of raids/fractals/WvW every here and then. Oh, and I speak English only.

How hard is it to start and build a guild from scratch if you’re a casual player who plays for about 6 hours a week?

There used to be a Legendary weapon icon unlocked on the character selection screen. Was that removed?

One more thing about Guilds. Last time I was in a guild was when I played WoW 10 years ago. We were the second guild to down Ragnaros in our servers, and it was a blast. Yet in Guild Wars, ironically (due to the game’s name, which implies the importance of guilds within it), I have never been a part of a guild. So where do I begin? I couldn’t find a function to search and filter in/out guilds that would fit. Do you have a recommendation on how to join a guild? What are its main benefits? Should I open one myself anyway and spend the guild commendations and decoration items in? Overall, what would be the top 5 things I should know about guilds?

1. If you join a group only need keys others dig the chests out.

3. Gs is incredibly boring, I prefer axe myself.

4. I think a legendary cost 1 million karma in total, without buying shards. Just get those in SW.

5. Raids are very hard battles you will need to be built perfectly for. I’d suggest checking dulfy on guides.

6. Wvw is mostly just for fun, xp, proofs of heroics, being on a winning server, and nice little cash flow

Hmm why would a legendary cost 1milion Karma? What do you need the Karma for that you can’t use with other currencies?

(I play a lvl80 Warrior, lvl 33 PvP)

1. Im trying to craft a legendary and get obsidian shards. Everybody says go to silver waste. I went to SW and couldn’t even get enough Shovels to dig out those chests. How the heck do I get them? Events dont lend me enough of them. Will joining a ‘taxi’ group let me collect the shards without having to get shovels?

2. Would crafting Sunrise—>Selling it—->Saving 1500 additional gold be an easier, quicker, cheaper way to get Eternity, or should I just selling everything and buying with pure gold be a better way? Also, is there an achievement for crafting (not only wielding) a legendary weapon?

3. I play a GS Berserker warrior, but I got tired of having to use that charge skill (5th GS skill). I heavily dislike the “linear” feeling of the charge, I feel stuck using it. Any other (perhaps better?) weapon for a Warrior?

4. I have 300k Karma currently. What would be the best use of it? Buying Obsidian Shards for the legendary?

5. What the heck are fractals? “Raids” ? Supercharged dungeons? How do I join one and what should I know?

6. What the heck is the goal in WvW? I see numbers changing and people running everywhere, I can’t feel a distinct goal. Is there any? When (and is there?) a winner declared?

7. Who do you think is going to win the 2016 UEFA Euro? I have a gut feeling for Wales.

I can’t see the logic in getting a $229 380x when a 390 8GB can be had for $299 (found on Ebay minutes ago) and is substantially stronger.

Also consider your current or a new monitor. If your monitor is 60hz refresh rates, it means it can only pump 60fps, so everything beyond that is wasteful. Plus you’ll start seeing your screen tearing horizontally. Strive to have up to 60fps if you have a 60hz monitor. If it goes beyond, consider switching to a 120hz one.

Is there a reason today to craft a legendary other than its looks? Before that, I really wanted that accounts’ legendary badge unlocked, but I don’t see it anymore. Where has it gone?

I have a Warrior lvl 80 and i’m having a blast in PvP with him. I have about 250 laurels (never bought anythign with it). What would be the best way to spend it?

My gear is all exotic, except for an ascended GS. I’ll be happy to have a legendary too (though I can’t see the account badge anymore.. did they remove it?). And I also plan on having a lvl 80 of every profession, to get the full scope of the game mechanjics.

What do you suggest to do with all those laurels?

So, I was doing some pvp this morning and got this ascended weapon chest with sentinel stats:

My question is this:

Currently, I have only one char, a warrior with berserker exotic gear. Should I just get the GS then even though the stats aren’t optimal? My weapon currently is an exotic Ebonblade. Or should I just keep this chest until a future alt levels up (a necro probably?), or should i just get whatever skin looks the nicest? Which one would you choose? Which option makes more sense?

I have always avoided using the MF because I was too lazy for the learning curve of the different “recipes” and whatsoever. But recently i’ve heard you can throw in your exotics in there and get something back. How exactly does this work? I was always just salvaging, selling, or god forbid.. destroying (if non-salvageable soul bound) any exotic.

Could anyone please clarify to a noob like me?

The standard HoT CDkey is about $35 in some sites, so it’s really either $35 + gems as you need them, or a full $100 for everything (Not sure any of the other deluxe bonuses are worth anything to me, except for the extra character slot maybe in the future)
