geat idea’s but let’s face it here. None of the staff have been on this section of forums for over 2 months. They are stay clear of the Ranger bugs and fixes that they know they need to fix
still to this day it’s broken and needs to be fixed
Funny how they dev know about all the issue’s currently with the Ranger Class, but haven’t posted to any topics in over a month on this section of forums. They already know what is done and ready for the fixes and updates. So why haven’t we heard anything from them?
Depending on your traits and your build along with play style should be your deciding factor.
BTW, keep up all the Ranger Love. Best Profession, just needs a little fixing is all.

Nope, just another bug that needs fixing but that is the less of our concerns. And YES it sucks to have to keep renaming your pets.

Apparantly you didn’t ever play World of Warcraft’s Hunter.
That class was pretty much exactly Guild War 2’s Ranger, only viable.
No I haven’t and I see why. Archers r Archers, most of these traits we have are for rouges or thief, Just don’t see why developers have the need to mess with a class that they have NO idea what it is about. I never liked the idea of rerollin a toon but honestly they need to step it up and fix our broken class. None of this" we don’t want to give you any more spoilers talk,". Give it to us straight and tell us what is really going on with our class?

Granted we have been getting some update, but this is now getting out of hand. What is going to be done SPvP for rangers?
I know, but the true still remains that they have no real plans on fixing our broken class. Not sure how you can think nerfing is an effective way of Class balancing but that’s totally wrong, this Class is far more complex than Anet staff is able to handle. Facts are Facts, just look at their other MMO’s they have or are hosting with Ranger classes. It’s the same here as it is on those other MMO’s
Dragons:
Red: F2: Flames/Lava base damage
Blue: F2: Wate Base damage
White: F2: Wind base damage
Black: F2: Knock back, knock down, stun-lock
Green: F2: Posion base damage
Brown: F2: earth base damage
My fello Rangers, there will not be a major update to the Ranger Class until after the New Year. Then we will have to wait until Mid March or April. If you think I am lying just look at the recent updates we have been giving and you decide.
They just need to man-up and say we screwed up on the Ranger Class and it’s about to be wiped from GW 2 Class selection. For those of you who have a lvl 80 Ranger we will transfer those progresses to another Class of your chose.
Personally, since they WILL NOT improve the Ranger Class, they should allow us(The Ranger Community) to choose another class and put all progress on that new class. Thanks JP, for the lies.
Here’s a thought for Anet. Why not wipe out the Ranger class as a whole? It seems that this Class is far more complex than your staff is able to handle.

Excuse me Miss Want-to-be-a-Cover Girl for misspelling my name on my sig. Nice way to avoid the topic and yes last week, we steam rolled through both servers since the server reset. We crushed you so hard all the way up till Monday late night early Tuesday. Facts? just go back and look at the score updates that everyone was posting last week and it clearly show us puttin the whoops to you.
Now, I am not sure as to what happened after that, cuz I was at work. Fact? Alot of ppl took advantage of the free server transfer and jumped ship for whatever reason it was.
2v1 is kinda getting old, but fact when SBI and JQ hit us and the both of you are standing side by side and NOT hitting each other, well you call it then. Oh yeah TACTICAL work is what you guys say? No that’s TEAM work plain and simple.
As for this week, it is clear that we had lost alot of our server base players for WvWvW.
And to the ppl that keep saying to BG to leave T1, forget it we are here to stay. Looks like next week will be the same rematches. See you on the battle field.

Ya know ever since last week when we hit Tier 1, you guy’s sure had your finger pointed at us for whatever reason. We came in and Steam rolled your butts. So, you teamed up with the other server to take us out. Bravo Bravo. Now it’s the 2nd week of a pretty good match up, but this time ppl are and were ready for any foul play. Way to many ppl got busted and SS’s and video’s were made as prof. Now it’s to my understanding that in GW1 the GM’s were on 24/7 so that if ppl were hacking or whatever the big black Grim Reaper appeared and slice your head off and you received a message that you have been BANNED from whatever GM it was. Where, what is our Ban Grim Reaper?
Oh and one way note here, YES JQ AND SB are working together. we have video of the servers NOT attacking each other while SB stood still and let JQ do the fighting. We even have the both of you guys standing together.
Lookin forward to this much need update to our class. Keep up the good work.

I to also, play a ranger and have been totally disappointed in this class so far. So many issues and bugs with this class and yet we do get confirmation on all this stuff and are being told that in the next patch Rangers will get fixed. Well, it didn’t. If you look and the patch notes, every class EXCEPT Rangers got an fix. I guess we just keep on getting placed on the back burner and hope by X-mas we will get our patch that is long over do.
