Or maybe Asuran babies are born with more or less fully functional digestive systems and enough cognitive understanding to eat solid/mushy food right from birth, thus making the need for female adults to produce milk obsolete.
“In a world where we have already made a machine that opens doorways into other realities, having someone make a time machine is not out of order.”
Well of course not
We already know time travel is possible from the Asura personal story about the Infinity Ball.
Ever since today’s patch, whenever I try to open the game client, I get an error report pop-up that informs me that a serious error has stopped the client from running. The message pops up a few seconds after the client launcher/updater opens. However, the error message seems to pop up in vain.
After moving the window off screen and out of the way, I can still log in and play. No other problems appear to be occurring. I played for half an hour and no problems arose. But the pop-up continues to appear every time the client opens.
Dwayna (leader of the gods) didn’t like that Dhuum wouldn’t allow resurrection. Dhuum’s stance was that death should be permanent, but Dwayna, being the goddess of life, thought that sometimes people deserved a second chance.
So she had her son, Grenth, overthrow Dhuum. However, it seem that the gods don’t like to kill their own, as seen from them choosing to imprison Abaddon instead of just smiting him (though chronologically, Dhuum was imprisoned first, since Grenth was around when Abaddon was imprisoned…just using it as the most obvious example). So Grenth imprisons Dhuum in the Hall of Judgement for all of eternity. This gives Dhuum time to develop and foster his hatred for the other gods, which is why he sends his forces to aid Abaddon in breaking free from his prison in the Realm of Torment and aid Menzies in his war against his half-brother Balthazar.
Dhuum also has a hatred for living things, since they are what caused his imprisonment. The other gods’ love for the living is why they wouldn’t allow him to rule the dead the way he saw fit. This hatred just grows when Dhuum finally breaks free of his restraints, but due to his still weakened state, is re-imprisoned by mortals that Grenth’s servants enlisted for the job. So, releasing Dhuum isn’t a good idea, as he’ll try to destroy all life on Tyria.
Even worse, he may even be so bold as to try to aid the Elder Dragons. Though, I’m sure the dragons will simply eat him and absorb his power. It is said that their power rivals, or even surpasses, that of the human gods.
Go ranger with sword main-hand and a huge dagger for off-hand, like Jyenh says. Or use a greatsword if you want to match the 2nd story arc, since it IS suppose to be a 2-handed sword. They just make him wield it one-handed in the anime.
Then just use full heritage armor from HoM (except for gloves, find some small gloves) and dye it white&red (Wrath dye works best for the red). Instant Knight of the Bloodoath armor set that looks just the one Kirito wore for one whole episode.
And personally, I think that armor is a lot more interesting to looks at then pure black armor.

…move to general discussion since this post is fan related, not lore related?
I’m too busy to find examples for all your questions, but here’s your answer to the seasons question: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Mouvelian_calendar
EDIT:
curses, ninja’d while looking for the link.

A very nice name to look at, and I’m sure it has great backstory in your novel, but after trying to pronounce it, I had to take off points. It just sounds like such an unnatural jumble of syllables and sounds.
My male ranger’s name is Rolin. It’s from my GW1 ranger’s name Rolin Mori (last name can loosely be translated from Japanese as “of the forest”) but I decided to drop the last name in GW2 to make the name faster to read and say.
They once had a shining kingdom with a long and storied history, but are getting displaced by the younger, more energetic, races.
Except the humans are one of the youngest races in Tyria. The other races of the world all had their set lands and boundaries and then the humans came along and messed everything up. The Charr used to be animalistic heathens and only started to advance their society and technology when they had to fight the humans to reclaim their homeland.
Well, from the looks of things based off the planetary model on the weapon, there are 3 planets in Tyria’s solar system (Tyria looks to be the closest to the sun) and each planet has 2 moons. There is also a 4th celestial body that I can’t decide whether it’s a planet or some huge asteroid, as it isn’t orbiting either of the planets, is much bigger than the moons, and has an irregular shape.
Also, it looks strange, but it appears as though the weapon is designed so that everything orbits Tyria, as if it were the center of the solar system, not the sun. I haven’ seen the weapon in-game myself, nor do I know if it actually has an animation, but that’s what it looks like from the picture given.
Am I the only person who didn’t have a problem with other players blocking my view?
I mean, sure, I couldn’t see where my character was and/or where I was jumping for the first little stint, but at this point in the game, we should be familiar enough with the controls, camera, etc. to figure out exactly where our character is even if you can’t see him/her. Specially if you do other jump puzzles.
My main problem was not being able to stop moving, as that’s how I often gauge my jumps for other puzzles. Took me 4 hours to finally complete the tower.

Did you put a space between " and the /.
Yes.
I’ve tried with, without, and any other combination of characters I could think of.
Tried the /clientport 80 fix. As soon as I accepted transfer to main map, dc within 2 min, same as always.
Please explain why we keep having to try find client side fixes when the evidence points towards an issue with connectivity to particular (main map, not overflow) servers.
Because some of us still get disconnected from overflow servers as well.
I cannot use the /clientport 80 option, as the target line becomes invalid even though it is formatted properly.
I am having the same issue and have posted about it as a response here:
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/tech/Network-Lag/first#post5474
Ever since last Thursday, I’ve been having lag and disconnection issues. It has gotten progressively worse, starting at maybe once every few hours to now happening every 10-15 minutes. The game will lag and usually freeze up for anywhere from 2 seconds to 2 minutes. In the worst cases it will crash and give me error code 7:11:3:189:101.
My network connection is stable and no other online game has this issue. There were no problems during any of the beta events nor during the 3-day headstart. It began 2 days after launch.
It’s not an FPS issue, as I’m running in-between 40 and 85 FPS at all times.
Happens in any area of the game, not any specific location.
I have attempted to use the -repair method to see if maybe it was just some corrupt files, but I cannot as adding -repair makes the target box invalid.
When this didn’t work, I removed all game files and re-installed it. The problem still persists.
