I remapped the A and D keys to be my strafe Left and Right keys. I use the right mouse button to turn (hold down the button). W and S to move forward and back. Q key for Healing (got that from playing too much Diablo 3). 1 – 5, 7 – 0 and F1 – F4 for skills. F key (or right click) for interact. Be sure to turn on AOE loot setting so your not going to each kill to pick up loot.

Fastest way? Salvage ectos.

Cheapest way? Just salvage blues and greens you get while out exploring. Your MF will raise in no time. You get a lot of crafting materials also, which could be kept or sold.

Once you hit around 100% MF, it starts getting expensive to gain an additional 1% MF. All those blues and greens you are salvaging could be sold for $$.

There will come a point where you will have to decide on whether or not you want more $$ or more MF.

And the quality of the salavge kit doesn’t affect the drop rate of the essence of lucks. So always use the cheapest one when salvaging blues and greens. No need for a master or BLTC salvage kit.

I did not know that about the drop rate on luck, thought it was tied to the kit quality. I’ll go back to the basic kits.

While mining iron ore in Gendarran Fields my level 50 elementalist was surprised attacked by Scarlet, she came right out of no where and scared the heck out of me, I jumped back to put up my shield and heal, she then disappeared. A commander then showed up on the map as others and this was the first time I participated in a Scarlet Minion Invasion, it was awesome.

I always run with Master Salvage Kits and usually get luck on each salvage in addition to crafting mats. I am up to 55% now with a level 55, level 48 and level 23 characters. I typically salvage most items that are not a significant upgrade to my current gear and only sell items that give me more than 3 or 4 silver.

I believe it’s been deleted with said character. You should have banked all items before deleting your character. Also you didn’t have to delete your character to play PvE with your friend, you could have guested to his server. Unless of course you were planning on playing WvW on the same server. You might want to submit a ticket and explain what happened, who knows you make get it back.

I like that my hand is not held from one quest to the next.
The release notes have more information, but your out of luck for Mad King Says, that ended at 9 am today. This was my first Halloween event, I liked it and and was happy for the Candy Corn Mini and Candy Corn Node. I did need help from a guild member to finish off the bloody prince.

The doors in the open world did not seem to count at all. I closed 4-5 to check and none of them counted towards this achievement.

The open world doors need an event to spawn for it to count. I did most if not all 50 in Queensdale.

As a new player I have a lot of difficulty seeing the champion that is being mobbed, I hate to use autotarget but have no other options. Marvel Heroes has a feature that reduces the FX from other players to make the boss more visible. Please implement one.

Fight at range
Bring condition cleansing

That’s all ya really gotta pay attention to. I’ve done this on both my engi & my thief and had a MUCH easier time with my engi because of being able to fight at range. My thief, on the other hand, was forced to cleanse & heal like a madman. If you’ve got some knockback or launch skills, use those to knock the champ out of the big red circle he stands in. Otherwise, meleeing will chew you up fast.

That’s what I did, I switched to a level 27 Elementalist and picked off each one or two at a time. I was still downed a few times but the NPC’s were able to help.

The final boss fight is obsured for anyone new to this game. My Level 32 warrior can not take these down. Did they make it harder with the patch today? Why can’t the SOLO instance be at the level of the character that entered it.

Where is Marjory located in Kessex Hills to re-enter the story instance again. I am only level 31 and was wipped by the final boss and left. When I returned (in an overflow I will add), I don’t see her so I can’t re-enter the solo instance?

Thanks, guess I was confused between “Mad King’s Maze” and “Mad King’s Labyrinth”. These are the same, right?

Are all of these achievement events currently active?
