It used to be that I got these pretty regularly and always had enough to craft a new Mystic Salvage kit whenever I had used it up. Now I haven’t been able to make Mystic kits because I never get any of these stones anymore.
Has something changed in the way you acquire the stones?
So I’m wondering if it is possible to set up a fight with a friend from the same server/same guild. I don’t go into PVP much, so maybe there is some kind of arena instance or something. I assume there is no way in PVE. (this isn’t meant to be a “we want duels” thread either)
If that is possible in PVP, that would mean we wouldn’t be able to use our PVE gear. Am I correct on that?

Thanks.. I hadn’t paid too much attention to the traits discussion when it all happened as I had all my characters to 80 and didn’t really care about it. Started thinking about getting another character slot and power leveling it up, and only then started wondering about the traits. Guess I had assumed that we wouldn’t have to go out and re-find all the traits again.
Bummer – might just stick to my other toons a while longer.
Ok, so I haven’t created a new toon since the new trait system was implemented. If I were to create a new character, would this new character have to ‘learn’ all the traits or does having them unlocked on one toon allow them to be accessed by all the others? In other words, are the traits account bound or soul bound?
Having to go and search out each individual trait may be fine for someone brand new to the game, but to require each new character to have to do it will make me re-think getting another character slot.
I’m sure this has been discussed to death on the forum already, but since there isn’t a search function here…
I am having some severe lag today. 2-20 seconds on skill activation.
1. Location: Oregon, USA
2. Time and date of incident (plus time zone): PST -10:00am, 2014-09-222, Continuously
3. Game World: Devona’s Rest
4. Most skills will take between 2 and 5 seconds to activate, sometimes longer. This happens both in WWW and PVE. A few times nothing would activiate, could not wp, all characters disappeared includeing friendlies, enemies, and NPCs.

So it sounds like even if I created a new alt, leveled him up to the 20s and sat him at a JP, the odds are still really low to get one in the chest. Probably not worth it then?

I’ve read a few posts saying to post an alt at a JP chest to get silver doubloons. So I parked a toon at a chest in Lion’s Arch for about 3 weeks and never received a doubloon. I thought maybe it wasn’t the right JP so I went about trying to do as many JPs as I could. I’ve done around 30 now and haven’t received a single doubloon yet. Am I just wrong about how often they drop? Guess I thought they would show up semi-regularly.
P.S. all my characters are level 80, so I assume that isn’t the problem.
Any particular puzzle(s) recommended for this?
That makes sense… so for a power weapon main hand, would you say dagger or axe? I think dagger is more dps, but would the vulnerability stacks from the axe net more damage from the minion attacks?
Thanks for the feedback. Wasn’t sure whether it would be worth it to try to run conditions along with the minions, sounds like that isn’t the way to go.
I’m creating a second necro to strictly be a minion master. I’m not sure what armor/weapon stats the expert necro community thinks would be best. Kinghts, soldiers, zerkers… some combination?
Mostly just an alt for pve, can’t imagine running minions in www and I never do any pvp.

Hi all, I’m looking to make the tankiest (is that a word?) warrior that I can. As much health/toughness/regeneration possible. Don’t care about damage, just want to be able to walk through the toughest situations in WWW and last as long as possible.
I am thinking Sentinel armor/weapons with Dolyak (or Melandru) runes and maybe a 10/0/30/30/0 build with Inspiring Battle Standard for regeneration with banners. Healing Signet, For Great Justice and Banner of Defense. Maybe Battle Standard as my elite to revive allies. Mango Pie for more regeneration.
Any other ways to get regen or increase the tank factor? I know it would be a silly build, but wanting to try something different.

When is this stat combo supposed to show up?
I tried this mission 4 times last night and experienced the same thing. Don’t know for sure about the error code, but it was a disconnect each time. Didn’t always happen in the same place in the mission for me, but always disconnected somewhere along the way. Finally just gave up and did some other stuff.. didn’t get disconnects anywhere else.
I’m trying to figure out armor/stats and am a bit confused. I’m looking to get a set of medium armor with Valkyrie stats (Power/Vit/Crit). It seems to me that the only set that has these stats is the Emlazoned set which can be crafted. I’m not a fan of the look of this particular set, and would like to have a different look. So I assume I would have to purchase/craft a set of Valkyrie Emblazoned armor and then get another set of armor from someplace else and transmute the stats to the new set.
Is this the only way I can get the Valkyrie stats on something other than the Emblazoned armor?
Figured I would share this on this thread because I didn’t know where else to put it…
Last night I was running around on of the BLs (Darkhaven I think), trying to collect a couple of vista’s that I didn’t have. I went to the one in the south/center of the map, where you have to run up the stone ruins to get to the vista at the top. I get up the ramp and there is a Darkhaven enemy there at the vista. He got off one shot at me and I waved to him, he waved back and let me through to the vista (although I couldn’t break combat so I had to jump down and come back up). It was a very nice gesture of civility on his part.
Just wanted to give a shout out for his kindness… good to see that we don’t have to hate each other ALL the time. :-)

Thanks all for the replies and clarification. I do want the same stats if I can find it, but wanted to make sure I could do that with an amulet and a ring. I’ll be sure to get one with offensive infusion slot, and one with defensive.
Seems like I read a thread on here at some point about someone buying two items from the laurel vendor but was only able to use one. I picked up a ring last night, and wanted to pick up an amulet also, but worried I wouldn’t be able to use both.
I tried searching the forum, but wasn’t having much luck. Can anyone tell me if this will be ok? I don’t want to waste the laurels picking up something I can’t use.
Simple question, but I don’t know the answer. I am pretty sure I have seen guilds with the same abbreviation… but do all guild names have to be different, or is it possible for there to be more than one guild with the same name?
