There are devs working on all aspects of the game, and they can’t abandon PvE assigning those devs to PvP because a proportion of the player base wants more PvP. As I said above I love PvP but also love PvE and I don’t want to see work on that front stop. Also, kind of getting off topic here lol, this was about a duel command.

While there is a community of players, however big or small it may be, that would like to have a duel command I think it will be added at some point. However, I would rather have whatever dev team whom would be working on this attend to more important stuff first.
Personally I don’t care for a duel command and I do love PvP. Reason I say that is because my experience in those “other” games I’m usually spammed with duel requests, sometimes by some lower level player with no armor on. Luckily there were options to automatically decline duels, which sometimes resulted in repeated vulgar tells (thank goodness for another command /ignore).
So when they add this I hope they add an option to automatically decline duels, then I can enable it when I choose to participate in dueling.

See you’ve already gone with mesmer but I’d recommend trying both. If you do make an elemental go with two daggers like Prophetsword mentioned because the only AoE’s are point blank (from what I can recall, not counting utilities). Since you said you’re more of a hack, slash and burn type of person, the elemental burns stuff nicely (but no hack/slash).

My guess would be elementalist as shadow priest (heals and damage) and necromancer as warlock. I quit playing WoW 3 months after it came out but played a warlock to max level, and from memory I probably wouldn’t compare it to anything other than necro. Not really familiar with shadow priest though.

Being in a guild is account wide, so alts shouldn’t take up an additional slot. You’ll have to open the guild window and click the Represent button for new characters though. At least I don’t recall if it does that automatically.

So a cooking karma recipe was bought by one character, person thought same recipe would be available on another character whom is also a cook… Perhaps I don’t understand this logic by why have two (or more) characters with same crafting professions?
And yeah that last line, OP, is a bit overboard lol.

Yes it is intentional and I agree with it. I started playing with RL friends and when I create an alt I’m already part of the guild. If you accepted some random guild invite and/or added people to your contact list just for the heck of it, and you want to not be bothered; leave the guild and remove all contacts. Doesn’t really sound like you want to be bothered by any of them anyway.

It’s been years since I used gmail but don’t recall there being a setting that you had to enable to utilize this. A quick way to test it, say your email is me@gmail.com, send an email to gw2+me@gmail.com and if you get the email it’s working. Just go into your GuildWars 2 account and change your email to gw2+me@gmail.com and you’re good to go (just remember to use gw2+me@gmail.com to login to the game).
