I crafted Sunrise on my guardian almost a year ago. This past summer, however, i started playing my thief and fell in love with it. I crafted it a Dreamer and do everything on it. My Sunrise is just wasting away on my guardian right now (I know i could use both on a ranger but i don’t really enjoy playing ranger
).
Since this summer i have earned quite a bit of gold, as well as most of the other requirements for a third legendary. However, since something cannot lose its soulbound-ness (?) one of my friends gave me the idea of crafting a Twilight, forging an Eternity and selling it so i could just buy quip and have some gold left over.
So, here are my questions to you lovely people:
1.) I am pretty sure Eternity comes out Soulbound on Equip no matter the state of the two Greatswords…correct?
2.) If I were to do this (which i am able to as of right now), does Eternity actually sell? I’ve seen sell orders go away every now and then but i can’t be sure if people are buying it or if the sellers are removing it. Do people actually straight up buy legendaries or do they only place buy orders? Will I have to place a sell order (which would probably be too low of a price for me to be worth it)?
TL;DR: Do people actually buy legendaries, especially Eternity? Are there people out there rich and willing enough?!

Crafted precursors should have their own set of legendaries.
That way, people know who the real “legendary” players are and who got their legendary from easy-mode crafting.Yes, it’s right! If I want to craft my precursor, obtaining material and stuff trough dungeons and loots, I want a different legendary, not the same of who obtain it from mere luck!
To be honest i don’t think the current legendaries are all luck. Sure, some people get lucky and a precursor drops for them, but I am sure a lot of those people sell the precursors. If you are like me you have wasted 100s of gold in the forge trying to be one of those “lucky ones”. In the end, I decided it would be best to just work hard and save the mats, and eventually just buy a precursor from the TP. I forged my firts legendary in February, and i think it represents a lot of hard work

What I think they’ll do (Yes work like Elonian Wine but another way) also I hope they’ll work like that:
Costs 10 Laurels, is Account Bound
-> IMHO it looks like it might be an “Endless Elonian Wine”, because why would it be worth to spend 10 Laurels on 1 “Elonian Wine” (or how many uses it has, but if it is not ‘Endless’, it would be probably 1 use)… Sooo I guess it is that…Another thing to point out is that a lot of ppl qqed about “OMGWTFBBQ LODES ARE SO kittenIN’ HARD TO GET!!!”. So i estimate that this might be the way to make Lodes’ cheaper, because the Core Promotion would get cheaper (25s less; it’s a lot per promotion).
[The only thing I ain’t really sure about, is why will it be usable with Lodestones in the MF itself?!]

It’s really up to you, but given how much of the appeal of legendaries is in the visuals, personally I’d go for what looks cooler. I’m sure you can find something neat for your asura that will suit her, even if it’s not as rare and fancy.

I agree! The other day, i saw such a sense of community with people helping each other with combo kills (though i know that is gone now). I also feel like the dailies are a little bit more well rounded, and you have to actually put forth some effort (i.e. dodging). It isn’t difficult at all, but it is kind of nice to have something different every day!
