Hello fellow Ele’s, what classes would you say you feel you struggle against more in pvp? I think mine is probably thief and decent necro players!

What build do you play? Just ele isn’t telling much.

One can dream can’t they! I just really miss my GW1 Ritualist Although I would happily settle with the new elite specialisations! Hopefully they will release some more news on the specialisations soon.

With the new expansion coming up do you think they will release a new class like they did with HoT? I would love to see some of the old classes brought back in such as the Ritualist or Dervish!

Well I have played Ele since release so I like to think I know the class pretty well. Definitely agree with Necro and Mesmer, both are a pain to fight! Warriors I don’t have a problem with. What build do you use for your ele?

Hi I was just queued up for a PVP match and suddenly it said I had been removed from matchmaking and had gained dishonour. I hadn’t disconnected during the game or abandoned so what’s the crack? Has anyone else had this?

Just curious, I am also thinking of making a heavy armour class so looking for something quite tanky

As an ele isn’t toughness and vitality stats important as well?

I mainly play PVE, but I don’t want to feel useless in wvw or pvp when I play

What armor/accessories are people rolling with now, after a long absence I am pretty clueless haha

The monk was one of my mains, it would completely kick kitten in this game now! haha I remember the Dervish being the most overpowered in guild wars 1. Definitely wouldn’t mind seeing some new builds, revenant doesn’t quite do it for me…

Anybody who played the original guild wars remember the classes Ritualist and Paragon? Do you think they would make a good addition to the game now? I remember them being quite powerful before. Very doubtable anet will put them back in, but one can hope!

Something I have always missed from guild wars 1 that they didn’t bring into guild wars 2 is the arenas! I know we have WvW etc but sometimes I just miss the simplicity of a 4 v 4 in a small arena. Anybody else feel the same?

Hey guys, as the title suggests I have been away from the game a long time and right now I am feeling very lost! I have just recently got HoT and I want to stick with my main which is an Ele. I was a D/D ele, is that still feasible? What builds are most popular now?

I’ve just been looking through my junk mail and was surpised to see over 20 messages from arena net claiming they suspect my account to be selling gold or to be stolen and requesting me to follow a link. I’ve looked at the address and it says ‘noreply@guildwars.com’. Whereas it should be noreply@guildwars2.com, would this be for my guild wars 1 account or just some sad loser trying to hack me?

Well so far I’ve found my survivability to be pretty good tbh, I do enjoy the d/d build and would rather stick to that. I’m mainly a PVE character and I haven’t even touched wvwvw since I got the game on release. But I’d like to think once I’ve completed the map and mission’s that I wouldn’t be completely useless if I choose to play that. Ok so I will put more points into water and I was planning on maxing arcana anyway. Is air crucial or would I be able to focus on earth instead?

Well the fact that I come from the pale tree and I am born from what seems like a sort of cocoon makes me feel more drawn to earth, yea water comes into it and I’ve put 15 points into it so far, but I feel earth is a more predominant element for my race, of corse that’s just my own opinion. I’ve also always liked the earth element even since Guild Wars Prophecies

Ok just turned level 67 on my Sylvari D/D Ele, really loving it and it’s my favourite amongst the classes so far. However I want to set myself apart from the typical build set up for these. Atm I am 6/0/10/15/20, originally I intended to put 10 into fire but I’m now going change this for 10 air for zephry’s boon. I intend to put 30 into my arcana, 15 water, 25 earth, and leaving fire on 0. I’d like to focus on earth for personal role playing issues as I am a Sylvari class and feel naturally drawn to that element So far I have earth’s embrace trait (life saver), Cleansing water for water, elemental attunement for arcana and windborne daggers, (I was using this as an alternative to putting points into air) Any advice on where to put the rest of my points, and could you see this being a viable build? Thanks
