Now you can obtain the things releated on Dungeon simply doing it and exchange tokens for weapons/armors.In Gw1, if you really wanted to obtain a weapon, you was obligated doint that dungeon until you can’t get that.Last one, hoping that they really introduce somethings like this:

Hi, i’m a Guild Wars 1 veteran and i want to explain my conceirn about dungeon situation.I was thinking about bring some gw1 style dungeon here, when you should do a specific dungeon for a chance to drop the weapon that you like to have.Also there is no fun doing dungeon staked in a corner and spamming ability, so do somethings for fix this abomination.Also, bringing back dungeon like Deep or Urgoz’s Warren style would be aweome.Also, i’m back after 2 years now and i saw no differences.You are not the old Arenanet that i remember on Gw1 anymore.Where is the spirit that you had on Gw1 update/expantions?

Again semantics. They said legendary is on terms with exotic. They also said legendary will equal top in slot gear. They never said exotic would always be top in slot. Therefore legendary = whatever top in slot is. Therefore legendary = ascended now.

I don’t need a guide to new dungeon, i’m an 6 years old player of Gw1, following gw2 whit every blog post, interview etc, and no one devs of arenanet said that they will introduce this time of progression whit gear.In gw1 you don’t need to to dungeon for equip against a condition whit some better gear than the outhers dungeons.We are more people here against this kitten meccanics, you think that we are all stupid and we can’t learn and read somethings about this?

Well, it does spell out how the Agony works pretty clearly, and if you can see how the new tier is not even necessary, and seems pretty easy to obtain.

Simple research would actually calm a vast majority of people down, but they like to post the same quotes over and over again. There’s still no treadmill, Legendaries are still = to the top tier, and they never ever stated that there wouldn’t possibly be a new tier. They’ve explicitly stated new item types would be added in future content in the past, regardless of its new weapon types or new tiers.

Sadly, people in here are only interested in feeding their rage, and making soap-box statements about betrayal and such. It’s like this is some kind of fanatical political rally. Either way! The new content looks great. Can’t wait!

They aren’t going to come on here and speak about it. They are just going to jam this system down the throats of their customer base and see the effect on it’s customer base and revenue stream. If it’s too negative of an effect they will back track.

This will explain the dungeon in full. You get 5 relics per Fractal, 3 fractals before an increase in difficulty. Relics are used to purchase your gear, so it things look alot less random than people thought.

An you read before write somethings.Gw1 and Gw2 is against this form of grinding, in Gw1 for dungeon you don’t need anythings like that for doing it.

If the update goes live whit Ascended Gear i left to play this game after 6 years of Gw1 and 5 years of waiting, 50/50 and Gwamm.I come back to Gw1 for exp my mesmer and dresses it whit some armor whit no GRIND.

I don’t know why you people are so up in arms about over this new gear.. It really doesn’t matter.. The Mursaat’s were a being in gw1. Although they haven’t reared their ugly head in gw2 yet, but then again Elona and Cantha hasn’t been opened up.. Since they are a GW1 being and in the gw1 lore and history for gw2. They could easily find their way back into the game which means you would have to have your freakin armor INFUSED ANYWAY. Stop complaining. They had this Spectral Agony ability which will kill you. With infused armor you stood a chance fighting them. It is the same ability as Agony is. So get over it. The ability was in GW1 and in the lore and now it is part of GW2’s history and it’s coming back. Nothing new for me…Ungrateful cry babies..

In gw1 you infuse only the armor not go in dungeon to obtains items for infuse.

TL;DR summary is: the 10/1 update changed the end game rewards to include 3 random green/yellow items, and a token that can be given to the Pact supply officer in Fort Trinity for a unique item. As of right now, there IS a bug, where the Pact officer is only available during the celebration story step, he’s intended to be available at all times once you’ve finished the story.

I hate these kinds of posts. Just because you feel you “own” the game since you played it for 6 years does NOT give you the right to tell anybody to stop making suggestions to the game. Nor does it mean those people are any less of a fan of the game than you are.

You can not agree with a suggestion as that is well-within your right. But others have just as much of a right to make a suggestion for the game.
