And what are some good optiosn for skills?

I mean, S/P only seems to have combo field on 5, black powder and only 4 as finisher, head shot. But it seems fairly weak and useless?

Im new to this game, and ive fallen in love with the theif class, seems to be fun and engaging, not sit back and take a catnap with botched pet system like the ranger.

Anyhow, im having alot of problems with the rotation of the thief. As i could figure, S/P + SB is the best for leveling?`But how do I combo the skills together? What do you open with? SB and then swap to S/P? If I do that I seem to run out initiative.

Please help with the rotation, what do i open with and what skills? Is D/D better? or D/P?

Im totally new, so everything helps.

I havent played since release of this game, and know Id like to level a necro so im ready for the expansion. But I have no idea where to start, what weapons do i go with, what build is optimal for leveling? And its gonna be solo most of the time, since if i recall correctly lower zones are ghost towns. I tried to look at the sticky PvE necro guide, but most of that is 1 year old and im pretty sure some things have changed,

Oh, and lastly, do i go for power only and then transition to the other stats or only some of them later on? And when do I do this?

Starting a mesmer, but can’t seem to figure out what build to go while leveling? I know it doesnt matter hugely but I like to play around with builds and chars as I go along.

I think 10/30/0/30/0 works well, with getting 10 in dueling first for blade training for phantasmal fury?

Then go 10 in domination and get eiter mental torment or empowered illusions?

Can you give me any tips? do i go back and max dueling and then go for 30 in inspiration? And what major traits do I pick up?

Any build link would be greatly appreciated. Also I plan on using sword/sword and sword/focus or s/p for leveling.

So I stack only power for early game and then just throw some precision and defensive gear as i go along or is there a specific point where its better just to focus on 1 stat rather them all?
