Guild Wars 2

It would be really awesome to play GW2 on Steam Machine with Steam controller, but this will never happen.

With SteamOS and soon SteamBox, only games on Steam will currently benefit. GW2 is not on Steam and I think it won’t be for a long time. Even if Valve is making such awesome move, I don’t see how could this affect Anet.

I support this suggestion! The only reason I’m not playing GW2 right now is because I’m on Ubuntu (linux) and don’t want to mess with Wine.

You are viewing balancing only from PvP point of view. If they buff all of them together, they would have to buff PvE difficultly too. 90% of balance they did so far, they nerfed something and buffed another thing in one proffesion.

Most people use similar build, because it is “the best”. By nerfing & buffing together they can make more viable builds to play with.

How much time is COF uncontested after finishing event?

I think that people who already got their world completion will still have star after this patch (but their overall map completion will jump to 98% or so). Only people who didn’t yet get world completion will have to complete new map to get star.

People complained they didn’t have end game. Now they get it (very good version, because new gear isn’t that superior to exotic) and now they complain again.

ANet said that only Ascended gear is going to be with better stats then exotic. Right now you can get from 0 to hero (from green to exotic when lvl 80) in 1 day! 1 DAY! If you craft of course, but look at (current) dungeon gear more like for SKIN then stats. If you don’t feel like using your time to do dungeon then simply don’t.

I think chest spawns instantly when skritt is killed, but on totally different location, waiting again for someone to find it and open it. I’m waiting for A Waddle to Remember for 2 weeks. It spawned once for me, but I killed him too fast. Since then chest didn’t spawn on that spawn spot.

There are a lot of zones empty and it’s hard or less fun to level in them. This could be fixed by similar system as overflows. It would take all people from very low populated zones and put them in 1 server (depends on number of people in zones).

It wasn’t that hard and it was fun, but reward in the end is really bad, compared to time spent.

I enjoy my achievement, but I would rather get no other reward at the end, then getting very ugly, souldbound, non-salvageble boots that are worth 2 silver for me spending 2 hours. Selling it to vendor for 2 silver is very sad.

Tell me, what did you succeed by crying here on forums. Your threat is not helping anyone at all. If you want to tell arena.net your ideas, post them in suggestions and ofc not by kittening. Nobody likes that.

There used to be arena in Lion’s Arch (lore). It would be really awesome if we get arena back where we can fight monsters (random 5 players vs NPCs – instanced). Mini game style like keg brawl maybe? What do you think?
