Can someone explain me how Demonic Lore works, like if I use scepter 3 and apply 7 torment does that mean I will apply 7 burning as well for 3 sec or just 1 burning for 3 sec?
A few months ago we were asked if I remember correctly which items we would like to add to the Material Storage like Bladed Shards, Shimmering and Tenebrous Crystals but I at least haven’t heard anything about this since then if it was abandoned as an idea or will be implemented in the future.
Even if they don’t do this an update on kit textures and meshes like Elixir Gun, Flamethrower, Bomb Kit and Mortar Kit would be really nice, along with the choice of enabling or disabling hobosacks from options.

I would like to know what you people think about skills that negate damage while still letting you do damage to other player (Endure Pain, Obsidian Flesh, Signet of Stone, Shield of Courage, Shock Shield, Distortion, Unrelenting Assault, Field of the Mists and other that I dont remember right now) and skills that on the one hand negate damage and on the other hand make you unable somehow to deal damage (Shield Stance, Gear Shield, Crystal Hybernation).
I think the second ones are much more fair and promote tactical thinking unlike the first ones.

Maybe they could do this to the ‘Glass Cannon’ trait and swap places with ‘Shaped Charge’, and rework somehow ‘Expert Examination’ to be more usefull.
Yes Final Salvo doesn’t affect the blast gyro it seems, the rest of the gyros are fine though.
If you mean the revenant weapons I think arenanet developers said that they “lost” them and so they won’t be adding them soon. Maybe in the future who knows.
My guess is the game will keep this direction until they announce the next expansion and elite specs, then they are going to break everything including the current elite specs so they prepare the ground for the new ones and we will be back to this point.

Is it possible that we could make the Throw Mine toolbelt skill (mine field) ground targeted instead of random mine spawn around the player maybe then it will be more easier and efficient.
My engineer needs a jetpack instead of wings and kites to glide make it happen arenanet !
Yeah I agree with the OP I really miss the time when the old engineer (grenade condi, SD) dominated pvp nowdays it’s just spam all your skills and you block, cc, get boons, deal heavy dmg and heal. Really wish we could get the core engi trait lines the way they were before June.

The game isn’t supposed to be 2 or 3 overpowered professions and the rest balanced or underbalanced.
The only way to beat reaper on a warrior is using gunflame and berserker amulet, kill him really fast or start running especially after berserker stance nerf.
I think the whole new gyro concept needs to change, they should be summoned with unlimited duration and work like necromancers pets they should have an active skill when summoned doing what they are currently doing, and when u don’t use the active they should apply boons, conditions or dmg the enemy. I don’t think that’s broken, there are other skills in the game that are more broken (doing insane dmg, cc, boons).
My guess they are going to nerf thief by buffing every other professions damage.
At least thieves now won’t boast about how their class requires skill and tactics, it’s plain stealth 1111.
I can’t see this trait working that efficiently because it needs really good coordination between each might application so that it doesn’t trigger when it isn’t supposed to, maybe lower stacks could make it work better, at least in pvp.
A blind can cancel almost any skill in the game despite the cooldown or the cast time or whatever, how making Chilled to the bone blind immune, would make the game more balanced.
Shouldn’t there be ascended trinkets for every possible stat old (valkyrie) and new one (marauder…and the rest) now that the raids are live.
I know this has been brought up before but…I don’t know there hasn’t been a response or something.

Are we ever going to be able to buy Ascended Accessories with these stats and the rest of the new ones ?
I know it’s kinda odd to report a what may be a bug for the core game now that the expansion has launched but in ‘Starving the Beast’ story part I can’t seem to be able to attack ‘The Blight’ with the ‘Charr Assault turret’.
Well hopefully after the BWE3 we will finally see if the scrapper’s (function & utilities) gyros, hammer and traits are worth unlocking the new specialization.
I personally would like to see a cooldown reduction for gyros in the Final Salvo trait, super speed stackable and Impact Savant affecting Dazes as well.
Liked Chaith’s idea about having non-combative function gyros encircling you even if the Impact savant trait didn’t change.
Turns out the flamethrower the bandit boss in the raids trailer was holding is actually a rifle skin so no new kit skins for flamethrower and EG.
I guess we all know it’s gonna be druid so no point thursday we will get a peak at what the staff, utilities and traits can do.
I checked the buning dmg of IP with the rabid Amulet and it was the same as in the POI, he was critting a lot also he didn’t have any extra health so I suppose it was the Rabid Amulet.

Im kinda confused there is a hammer skin on the release teaser image but in the livestream there was a different hammer skin, which one is the specialization bound skin?
Yeah drones will be like flying turrets, at least that’s what i imagine…and turrets tend to not be so reliable anymore.
Salvation will come on Monday with the teaser, if not then the torment continues.
I can imagine the guy who first read this post title from arenanet spitting all his coffee on the monitor in front of him.
I think the real problem is people PrePurchasing the expansions before Arenanet revealed what it offered to players. If that’s the case no one holds responsibility if someone ended up not liking the content or the way things are going to be but since there was a recent statement concerning rewards in raids in the official site I don’t think there is any point in discussing this anymore.

Even if they buff and rework gadgets who will give up kits or elixirs for them. You can’t take more than one gadget without sacrificing dmg or sustainability, which makes gadget traits worthless.
There should be some balance between tankiness and damage though.
Funny every much I played till now lost because the enemy team was full of beta characters. Has anyone seen what those new specializations can do…

I have come to realize that necros in general reaper in this case is not meant to be played 1v1 or offensive it’s more like the guy who will tank all the ccs, all the dmg and in the end die so that your team can have a chance to deal some dmg. I mean those cast times and slow hitting attacks are only effective against mobs. We are like supports, cause all the recent updates necro got that weren’t completely destroying him enhanced more his supportive abilities.

If you watch the reaper livestream or read the wiki the first minor trait is the one that allows you to equip greatsword if you don’t take the trait line you can’t equip it nor can you use the shouts.
Is it confirmed that we get an update today?

I suggest using the classic Static Discharge with the rifle turret. It’s really good dmg quick and with low cd also you can use elixir S instead of slick shoes and definitely the tool kit. I’ ve been running this in spvp and it’s fine, at least against non-condi or tanky builds.
This build runs pretty well with kinetic battery.
