i like the idea of a aoe infliction that does dmg when conditions are removed sort of counter to all the cleanses being swung about maybe do a % of dmg for each condi removed while under the effect
You have to have the target currently active as a mission to get the new fancy guild rewards. You’ll know if it’s active if the bounty’s name and picture is displayed in the new missions tab under “Guild Bounty”. If you’re not involved with the guild who activated the mission, or do not have the mission active in your own guild, you will receive normal event rewards (in the case of bounties). Other mission types such as puzzles and rushes have chests at the end for anyone who participated.
dont see a point in helping then really unless its my guilds bounty
I read the patch notes on pets as well as the role areanet sees for the class but i’m still feeling a bit useless with my pet at my side on passive in large scale fights (talking 30-50+).
Do i really have to end up using part of my dps as a buff bot for such short duration’s in these kind of fights as aoe is very heavy sending my pet anywhere near would result in a dead pet that’s not a bear.
Plus in large fights having hard time keeping my self up as a melee ranger so really no time to be worried about my pets which leaves me kinda stuck with bears just as an extra sponge for the 5 man aoe cap.
Any advice on how other rangers handle this or in the same boat would be appreciated
i remember seeing a good idea posted a while ago of making stow pet an ability giving the ranger a dps boost of say 40% or what ever the pet dps gives us at the cost of the utility of the pet
this would also justify the cool down already on stow pet traits are gonna be messed around with anyway according to devs as there ll over the place, would think this would fit in well and give the option to keep or lose pet

sounds like your thinking of just the ppl who couldn’t loot chests what about the ppl who spent ages doing the events up to the boss (2/3 hours worth)and got nothing because of d/c and missed it?
