I would just like to say since I have joined this guild it has been awesome, and I am not just hyping. This guild has been incredibly helpful. Sinner and others have been very patient with me teaching me the game, and all the facets of it, as well as walking me through some of the dungeons, professions etc. It has been an absolute pleasure being apart of this guild and it is like being a part of a real family online! I would encourage anyone who is looking for a guild to talk with Sinner or any other officer of this guild and ask what questions they may have. You will find that this is a guild truly worth consideration. =)
Well I am having a similar issue. I have a Naga Razer and dual monitors. I have checked to make sure my drivers are all up to date on all peripherals. It seems to only happen while I play in this game. Any other game I play does not have this issue. When I am using my mouse moving my character right clicking and holding the right click button down the cursor will occassionaly slip off on the screen in another direction.. either onto my other monitor or just slip somewhere to left or right. Its like it can’t stay positioned when your right click holding your mouse and moving. It has caused issues when fighting, losing a target or trying to get away. Did anyone find a solution or work around for this? Please let me know as it is annoying as all get out.
They fixed it. They said I should not save my CC info on there, and yes looks like they have a purchase limit.
Ok, I have bought a number of items over the past week, and did earlier today and yesterday. So I finally found a guild I like but they are on another server, and I will need to transfer. So I tried to buy gems to transfer, but when I went to purchase gems I received a message saying my identity needed to be verified. I sent a question/ticket. I am confused, it is the same card you guys have on file that I have been using. Should I be concerned?
Thank you everyone for all the feedback, and the information on your guilds. I truly appreciate that. I have found a guild that I think is going to make a good fit for me, and have applied. Again, thank you!

I am looking for a guild where there are actual players on most times, and that can just give some general help to a relatively new player. I have several toons I started and the highest lvl I got on on is a 33 guardian. I have tons of questions, and have tried searching online to understand how the dungeons and WvW work, but its all very confusing to me. I will be off from school in about a week and will probably devote quite a bit of time playing on line and leveling up characters. I am most interested in doing dungeon runs with others and maybe learning more about WvW and participating in that as well.
If there is any patient active guild willing to take a newb in and answer questions, that would be awesome. I am willing to do ventrilo, or skype or whatever method is needed for real time communication.
Thanks,

Well just got home from class, my faith has been restored. I did finally get an email from support saying they refunded the gems (a portion) of them. I agree, it was haphazzard of me to just start clicking and I honestly thought it was just a similar type deal as other games I played were you just overlay onto the current gear. Anyway, I am glad that they did resolve it and now I know to be more careful. Thank you for responding folks, and thank you to the GW2 support team for finally resolving the issue to my satisfaction.
I don’t know what the hell I did honestly, I was clicking on the skin items and some pvp thing showed, I wasn’t sure and clicked it.. all I know is that the skin items are just gone. Error on my part I am sure, but honestly what would have been helpful is if the customer service folks could explain how the skins work, and maybe look at what I did in game to explain it to me. There was no explanation, no help what so ever for a newb playing this game. So like I said lesson learned, don’t buy kitten from their game anymore. If something happens their philosophy is your SOL. I will play the game, but just won’t purchase anything. I will be sure to tell other people I know who like to game also to beware on purchasing anything in this game.
I got another email, and the customer service GM Klau, whoever that is, didn’t even explain anything to me, or why my bought in game item disappeared. I simply recieved this response,
Hello,
Thanks for contacting the Guild Wars Support Team.
While I would like to replace or restore your items, the Guild Wars Support Team is unable to replace individual items for the situation that you have described.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Regards,
GM Klau

You guys have some really crappy customer service. I have no idea what happened to the in game items. So it looks like no one cares, and is just sending out very standard “we can’t help you responses”.
Oh by the way, I did manage to run that game advisor thing, and send the zip file. Even on my wireless.
I will not buy another in game item from your game again. Lesson learned.
Well I just got an email from support asking me to run this game advisor client and telling me to connect directly to my modem when doing so. I cannot do that as my computer is in another room, and I am on wireless. I don’t have a cable line running to the room my computer is in. I am not a techy person either. So I am not sure why support can’t just look at the log and see I purchased this item and it is no longer in my bags nor on my character. This seems to be more of a hassle than it is worth. Maybe I should just get a refund of my money. This is frustrating. It certainly leaves me to seriously think about not purchasing any more items from this game.
I sent an email support question on this. I purchased the profane armor set, and I wasn’t sure how to place the items on my character. I started clicking around on the items, and for the life of me it asked something about pvp. (please keep in mind that I am a complete noob to this). Anyway, whatever I did the purchase skin has disappeared and doesn’t show on my character. I could use a little help on this please. It is not very intuitive when it comes to applying these outfits on a toon. I am just trying to find out what happened to the skin, it just doesn’t appear anywhere in my bags on on my toon.
OH thanks for the reply, I will keep searching then!
I have been fighting mobs that put poison on you and other nasty DOTs and every time I use the Signet of Resolve, which says “cures a condition every ten seconds, heal yourself”, it doesn’t appear to be working. The DOT stays on me for quite a while and my health just plummets. Glitch? Or am I doing something wrong in game on this item (skill)?
So I am on a little island, where you see a bunch of Brackish Skale, in between Viathan’s Arm and Viathan Lake and the waypoint for Vian’s waypoint. There is a undiscovered point of interest, and when I get right on the exact spot it shows on the map I don’t get the credit for visiting it, or being there. I have been swimming around the area trying to see if there is a underwater cavern and haven’t found one. Is this point of interest not working? See attached screen shot

Wow I thought this was a broken mouse too! I did the same thing, went into my other games like WoW and STWOR and I don’t have a problem with the mouse at all. While I play the GW2 game though, the mouse is lagging, slow to respond, and when I click the mouse and hold to move my character some times the mouse doesn’t always work. I have to click more than once to get my character to move. Man, I just got this game GW2 a couple days back and am surprised at all the bugs in it. I hope they fix the mouse issue. I have a brand new gaming rig, just rebuilt it, and a very nice Naga Razer too. I even switched to a regular mouse to see if it was my gaming mouse, and I still had the same issue.
Oh I am on a PC windows 7 ultimate OS.
