Zerg Busting is the reason I fell in love with WvW.
-Warriors being able to go full zerk and yet can tank like crazy because Adrenal Heal and endure pain / berserker stance.

Warriors, warriors are fun to play because you can go full zerk and be tanky at the same time because adrenal heal + healing signet can heal you for around 800 with mango pies almost a 1000, now on top of that you have double endure pain and berserker stance.
*This is really broken. Adrenal Heal needs a nerf you shouldn’t heal for so much. Healing signet procs heal for about 350 about every second and adrenal heal is somewhere between 450 to 500 adding up to 700-800 per second. Adrenal heal needs to get nerf so it only heal from somewhere between 150-250 per second and adding up to 500-600 per second. Also the berseker warrior dps is a little out of hands and needs to be toned down a bit.

The only reason you can go full zerk and deeps on war is because of other classes providing crazy healing and boonstacking.
Without heal ele, guard and rev you really think warrior would sustain zerg dmg with 800 hp/s ?? L M A O

I was told past seasons ended at 1 AM with daily reset, but no way to know if that applies to the current season.

I would appreciate a clear answer too. Why is such a crucial info not given to the players, it makes no sense.

From my experience decay starts 72h (days) after last game played, so if you played your last game at 20 pm on the 4th, you should start to decay on the 7th at 20 pm ?

I was wondering the same thing and a friend told me seasons usually end at 1 AM Tuesday (with daily reset).
So if that’s true you should be okay till then.

It did actually change since i made this post and now the 250th is at 1798 rating and i’m still not ranked.
In my experience the ladder updates pretty quickly though, used to be able to see myself move up/down after every game.

How does that happen ? I have a higher rating than the last players on the leaderboard (last one being 1806 while im at 1815), but i’m behind somehow…

What’s up with people calling themselves “top tier”, “best” etc when it’s just mediocre at best lol

- 451 --> same except you use your own gated mats (mithrillium, elonian leather, etc).

This is with buying everything, you should have some mats laying around that can bring the cost to less than 400g easily.

Of course the price will be close to pre if you decide to straigth up buy your mats from the tp instead of filling buy orders.

This is totally wrong. You are basically forced to buy Deldrimor Steel Ingots. 85 of them costs 522. Don’t tell me you will craft them. It will take you 85 days to do so. And then again 10 Elonian is 106 gold. I checked prices in game. I don’t know where you got your prices from.

EDIT: I checked on gw2efficiency and the price there is without Deldrimore steel ingots. Therefore its 451 gold + 10 elonian + 85 deldrimore. You do the math….

Dude there is no math to do, you just enter “spark” in the crafting section and it tells you the price depending on the option you selected. Deldrimor ingots are included, efficiency doesn’t magically take them out like you claim lol

Shout war isn’t good anymore, the cleanse gets outperformed by guard/heal eles and mainly rev resistance share. You sacrifice a lot of dmg and it’s simply not worth it.

Gear-wise it’s between zerk/marauder armor and strength or resistance runes, depends on how tanky you want to run. Weapons and trinkets are fine in zerk.
Absorption sigil on hammer is a really strong option for boonsteal with rupturing smash.

Like someone said earlier -10% dmg food is BiS but saffron bread stays a strong alternative. Ferocious sharp stones are a must have though, they simply give you the most stats from all the other utility effects.

You can easily compare effective power/health between builds by using gw2power.com, with that you get an idea of your ideal build,

I bought the infusion last night only to find out about that bug. It looks horrible on my armor, I have to wear an outfit with the infusion to avoid this.
It affects my ghastly shield too (see pic), it looks RIDICULOUS.

I see still no answer/fix from anet since 2 weeks.. They just don’t care I guess ?

So it appears that canach’s backpack was added as a skin drop in the new “guaranteed wardrobe unlock”.
So basically if you want to get it now you would need to buy some rng boxes and open them HOPING to get another rng box which gives a slim chance to give the skin…
For real ? This backpack is in the game since ages, and you won’t even make it buyable from the gemstore ?

I wanted it since it was added in the wardrobe, but I guess i’ll have to pass on that one…

Apparently the pvp legendary backpack “the ascension” features an upgrade slot, which isn’t for infusions, but rather for upgrade components like ruby jewels, queen bee, etc.

Is this a bug ? I sure hope it is, considering that legendaries aren’t supposed to give any stats advantages to a player (except swapping attributes), if we slot an exotic jewel it would give around 55 more stats than a regular ascended backpiece, which is completly unfair imo.

Condi Reaper is the thing that plagues wvw big and small scale, but at least it’s not that unkillable.

In any teamfight DH is the first target and the easiest to take down, running a DH feels almost like having a teef or warrior these days.

GS/Axe-shield is very strong. I am using cleric + shield but this build sometimes inflict me like 15000 dmg in just 1~2 sec (when all combo inflicted succesffuly, quickness -> shield bash-> evis-> weapon swap to invoke hydro->100b or arcing slice -> whirlwind attack). I am not doubt that this build can pwn dd cele ele because even cleric + heavy armor + shield which is tankier than dd cele ele would get damaged like that.

- II dogged march isn’t “condi removal” but reduction
- VII is a really weak trait that most people don’t use.

You are taking two warrior traits (with one being kitten) to justify the SA line.
SA is ridiculously OP in wvw because you get too many advantages out of one trait line and it carries bad thieves way too much.

Hammer skills are highly telegraphed, and hambow easily kited,
f1 #4 and #5 have huge tells, lb #5 got a long cast time and huge tell.

how many are those stun skills again? thats a total of 4. how many does a ranger have do you think? a ranger has 2, 1 from the shortbow and the other 1 from Greatsword. btw, rangers need to attack from behind to stun people. no offense meant, but do you know how hard it is to play a non-spirit ranger?

I count 3 of which 2 are not even stuns, LB #5 is an immob with high CD and i solely listed it because warriors generally use it to set up stuns; easily sidestepped or dodged with its new animation.

edit: protip, if you engage a warrior and see him charging up ‘pin down’ spam qeqeqeqe or whatever you have bound your strafing to, since the projectile hits the spot you would have been if you countinued moving in that direction

you dont even need to flank, dude. your longbow aoe stun is as huge as a cap point itself. tbh, i dont understand why you have access to all these interrupts and stuns. hambow is an ez mode invention just like MM’s and PU mesmers. and the number of people playing such builds shows how easy it is for beginners.

Not sure if this has been answered yet, but concerning the new wardrobe system, if let’s say I have a gasmask skin which was applied to an heavy armor piece, will the same gasmask skin be avaible for light and medium armor ?

Same question goes for the other living story skin like the molten gloves which you could only get in one armor type.
