Nice ! I have off that weekend, go to the Pow-Wow get something for the new car, eat some fried bread and help test a game .
The funny thing is I didn’t notice it while playing. At first I thought Gantt died cuz he wasn’t with me when we went underground. And I noticed after playing my human and asura that the mission had gotten a lot easier. Then this morning I remembered that the charr and norn left my sylvari and I got kittenED! Even driving to workittenpt thinking " I hope I’m around when Rytlock rips her a new one.
Do you want a official shirt or fan made? I have 2 from GW Nightfall and Factions from Gamestop because I pre-ordered. My GW2 shirt I got from a fan event in NY and the current one of Rytlock as a revenant I won in a contest.
Is anyone noticing that they are running slower?

I don’t mean to hijack the thread I just want to know if I have this correct.
I have 4 characters that are lvl 80. (I know I’m a slacker) Once HoT is live all of them will have 400 hero pts just for being 80. My ranger Jandu has 351 slot skill pts which means he will have the 65 extra pts so he can become a Druid. Ringil my Mesmer only has 31 which means if I do nothing with him he will have to earn 34 pts to become a Chronomancer. My first question is do I have to have all the traits and for the two characters will low slot skill points can I use the skill scrolls to make up the difference?
I really don’t have anything new to add , but as far as the glider is concerned I too had hold the spacebar in order for it to deploy then while jumping it had no problem coming out. It’s too bad you couldn’t map it to another key different from the space bar. Never got to fight the wyvern the first time I couldn’t find my way to the event , the second time a lot of people got dc ’d (me included) and the last time the wyvern choose to go to IHop for eggs.

I’m not looking forward for my main to be a Druid. Then again we really don’t know anything about it, but it would have to be amazing for me to give up my lb/sb.
Lore during the loading screen would be cool, but I don’t think you can update the lore every time you load up the screen. Like if you load up The Grove there is lore about the pale tree. Then the next time you load up The Grove the lore is about the first born. That would be nice, not reading the same lore over and over again.
We still don’t know how will beta participant’s be chosen.

It wasn’t Ventari’s Tablet that “turned” the Pale Tree “good”. It was the environment , Ronan found the seed and brought back to his home, finding his family killed vowed to live in peace and started a colony. As the seed matured it became sentient and this was the only way it knew. The tablet is just a physical reminder of that way.

Huh, I already thought it was established that some Sylvari are strong of body mind and spirit and cannot be influenced by Mordremoth, hence PCs and certain important NPCs.
Where was this stated? (if I missed that part, I would genuinely like to read up)

I’m trying to figure out how to say what I’m thinking while I write so be prepared to be confused. I don’t know how many people had the Malyck storyline. But he went back into the jungle to get help, what if Malycks sylvari are "deaf " to the dragon and can teach the others the same method. L.A. can be used as a base since it’s already destroyed and there aren’t many people around. They also can help rebuild it and make it better. On another note, Colin said in an interview that player may want to make a slyvari, because the storyline is going to be interesting. Maybe the storyline is to find Malyck and the other slyvari.

I would love for them to do what they did for GW1. They had the alpha up during E3 and we got to play the whole weekend. It won’t happen, but one can dream. I’ve gotten into betas without pre-ordering will still pre-order though.
My first question is: Will rangers get to have new pets? And will this be like GW1 with Nightfall and Factions where we could bounce back and forth? And will there be extra character slots or will we have to buy them?
It took me awhile, but I did finish it solo with my hunter. I generally play lb/sb ,but I wasn’t getting anywhere. So I switched to sb/ warhorn , axe and put my fern hound on passive also traded healing spring for heal as one. Died a bit but it’s done.
Has anyone noticed that the dragon you fight is the same exact dragon you fight as a sylvari in the dream.
Other than long loading screen times I haven’t had any problems until this evening from 5pm until I started this ticket I have been unable to play, I can log in play for one minute then I’m disconnected with a error 7. I played for a couple of hours this morning and no problem.
