You don’t need a guild hall to experience the core content in HoT.
It’s just a little perk in a game where you don’t have to pay a monthly subscription.
and why the rush?
lay back, create a fun and cosy guild environment – then it will all work out in the end
Suggestion:
Guild-members automatically receives guild buffs placed within the guild hall when they enter, plus guildpanel shows which guildbuffs are currently active within the guild hall.

your PSU, watts, brand?
did you try this?

otherwise, given your description, it sound like an issue with airflow in your pc and/or problems with thermal paste.
you should run a some burn-in tests
personally i prefer using MSI Kombustor for FPU-testing:

for the i7 i prefer IntelBurnTest:

and if you want to log during the burn-in tests I recommend HwInfo: http://www.hwinfo.com

my naming reservation failed due to problems with passwords at the time, so I couldnt merge accounts at the time and didnt get it done. I experienced problems resetting the password for Gw1 and can only guess its because I used the same email. So I’m rather uncomfortable with the forced password change as I fear getting locked out due to having used the same email for both Gw1 and Gw2.

i wont spend any more money in gem store at all
for the love of guild wars 2, please remove the brooms.
people can just go back to “that other game” if they want vanity pixels
if anything, please give us an option to hide the brooms so we may still enjoy the lovely experience that Gw2 is
I just did http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Time_for_a_Promotion – and had the same FPS-problem in the arena – playing a necro, using blood fiend and bone minions
- i just excited Black Citadel, also getting the 10fps bug there – strangely enough it helped after I returned after tabbing out to write about it

the game and the classes is in many ways fine, stick to your! design and dont listen to loud pvp’ers as blizzard did. – just because pve’ers dont voice themselves as much, doesnt mean they’re not there. PvP-catering would make me leave the game and not look back.
as for the thief class, then I’d like an option for relying more on avoidance/speed and condition damage (poison/bleed) in one way or another – but im not fussed, overall pretty happy with the game.
Same problem, bandithaunt caverns and have randomly experienced it other places.
Win7 sp1, i7 930 2.8ghz, 6gb ddr3, 1gb GTX 460 driver 310.90
regular fps around 45, when bug occurs it drops to around 6-10
In a lot of the jumping puzzles and vista’s you fall a lot, its part of it.
as for the disability problems I got couple of suggestions:
Perhaps go on the lookout for aiding gear that will give you a more stable control? Write an email to a company that makes gaming gear? they could perhaps make a software version for a keyboard or a controller that could help you.
As a last resort, then i’d suggest having a friend helping out on the parts of the jumping that troubles you the most. Its not an optimum solution, but then you’ll at least be able to get 100% map.
I dont know if its hackers, but lately TP have been having buy orders where each item was set to 1c or something otherwise underpriced.
So suggestion is simple, force vendor value as minimum price when putting in buy-orders.
Q: or is it just the leftovers of some sort of exploit? (aka fooling ppl to sell below vendor value?)
im pretty tired of seeing bots, but, theres a small thing that can be done to prevent some of the hacked accounts.
increase minimum password length for everyone to 24 chars or so, or at least force accounts thats been previously hacked to use a long password.
it cannot prevent stupidity, but it can at least diminish the hacks due to same email+short password.
I had the same problem until moments ago and tried what you did and whatever else suggested in similar threads.
i got it working by doing the following in firefox:
options > privacy > click “remove individual cookies”
and there I removed 2 cookies relating to guildwars2.com and then I could log into english forums.

(other options, clearing cache and such as declining Code of Conduct didnt work for me – so I dug around and fixed it myself)
