“Subscription based”, last time I heard, Guild Wars 2 doesn’t have a sub.

Recently returned to the game and decided to remake my thief with a Total Makeover Kit.
The first screen shows how I left her almost a year ago. The second one shows her after the remake.

He spawns in the Western Ward.

Theres this one achivement “Defeat the Crazed Karka Queen”. What if the Ancient Karka we killed back in November was just the guardian of the isle/hive or the mate of the Karka Queen? Maybe now Canach modified this Karka Queen and those tentacles come from her?

Or… maybe its simpler? Something went wrong and the explosions from the November patch are being replayed…

The answer is easy – Megadestroyers chest didn’t get an update as the other boss chests got. If you want to find people killing something in that zone your best bet is the Inquest Golem Mark II event which got the chest update.

Took me time to settle on something, but I like what I have now.

The Script is done, and not everyone is qualified to get the reward.

That is great. So I (and probably a lot more players) got screwed twice – first getting a d/c at a random point of the Legendary Karka event and not being able to loot the chest then. Now a second time by not being eligible to get the mail with the reward. Still wonder how someone who was doing some random thing in the game or wasn’t even logged is more eligible then people who actually took their time to play this laggy mess they called an “epic event”.

Sorry Anet, I won’t let you screw me a third time.

Got a “network error” – althought my internet connection was fine – while doing the second reinforcements part. Tried logging back multiple times, but the login servers were dead. When I finally managed to log back on my character, the event was already over. Kinda sad to be honest, because not only did I miss the chest, but also the conclusion of the whole event chain.
