First, I think this is a great idea. I have been insanely busy with life, and missed all of 1 and four of 2, bought them and will now play through 2 to current, and hopefully will stay current. Hoping 1 is available sooner rather than later. Was a bit of a shocker to log in to LA and find myself dead. Re spawn and find nothing the same.

Second, this is a business. If they deem it costs x gems to play OLD content, then so be it. I’ll happily pay to be able to play it, as long as it’s good.

Anet employees are busy hunting down and hoarding hostess products so they can ebay them to fund WvW development…true story

I predict that Eternal Battlegrounds will be absolutely slammed now.

Eternal always was more popular with the masses and I think it’s because it has a good pace to it. It never really stalemates. There’s always a good attack or defense going on.

The borderlands maps are more spread out, with more cliffs and winding paths and longer supply routes. Sieges tend to be longer, more expensive, more brutal affairs. There are fewer forts so there are fewer options. If one attack isn’t working out, there may not be much real choice on where else to hit.

The main reason the Borderlands got what action they did is because of the Orbs. Big-name guilds usually went straight there and fought for orbs. “Eternal Battlegrounds is for noobs” was the catchphrase. People tolerated the slower pace and fewer options of borderlands because it was so critical to capture and hold the orbs.

Without the orbs, Borderlands are just going to be seen as the annoying maps you have to put up with when Eternal Battlegrounds is full.

I hope Arenanet is aware that Borderland maps aren’t as popular even WITH the orbs and now without them, I think player disgruntlement with WvW’s lack of maps will accelerate.

Borderlands are worth 145 (if I did my math right) points for the whole map. Go ahead and ignore them, please tell all you guildmates and server population your wonderful idea. Hopefully you are on an opposing server for me soon.

In doing Act 2 for the quest chain I am missing page 9. Thinking I didn’t click correctly when speeding through it, I returned and did the event again. That’s where I get the response dialog “I’ve heard this before”.

Between story points I did not delete any items from my bag, but I believe I may have inadvertently tried to complete the quest event with my bag full, causing the “lost” item.

Help appreciated, thanks.

Try and force a password reset, ie enter your username and hit forgot password. That worked for me.

41 in a few weeks. 9/10 for me.

I came here with a contingent of players from Old Republic Dads/SWToR guild.

Try removing it via password recovery option, ie enter you user email and click forgot password. It will ask you to enter in your user email, serial number for your account and a character name on the account, it then presents you with two options to remove authenticator and reset password (at least it did for me).

After I did that I was able to add the authenticator, mannually that is. QR did not work.

I forced a reset of my password, still having same auth issue as above.

I was however able to attach the auth by manually entering in the info.

Just to make it more interesting, I went to at least change my password and it won’t take.

I type in my old, then my new twice and hit enter.

Page reloads asking me to enter my old and new passwords again.

So I do, and it reloads asking me…you get the idea.

iPhone pops up message when I try to scan barcode:

I did fresh reinstall of iOS google auth app and reboot of phone.

ET suffered the same fate as HoD, so I feel your pain. Worse for us on ET is we are being lead in points by both BG where a lot of our guilds went to and you on HoD. (At least last night when I was on WvW)

Excellent ideas. I like 6 the most but all are good, and 5 should be a month from being rewarded, not cycled by calendar month.

Submit a ticket then and see if they will do an item restoration. Some games will, some won’t.
