Do these Ele speed buffs stack? If so, just how fast would you be?

Windborne Dagger- Move 15% faster when weilding a dagger (Arcana 20 points)
Zepher’s Speed- Move 10% faster while attuned to Air (Air 5 points)
One with Air- Move 5% faster every 10 seconds you are attunded to air (Air 20 points)

Burrisson the Blue, the NPC you have to defeat for the skill point in the Shadowhorns in Wayfarer Foothills is not there. We have checked several times in the past few hours.

I second this post, especially the ‘preview’ option.
