I’d like to know as well. It seems it’s not even a texture, but just a discolouring of the toon’s skin. It appears to also happen on asura and norn male. It’s annoying because the colour messed with any other colour-scheme you come up that’s not red

Old topic, new problems?
Can’t seem to log into Mount Mealstrom map, and have a character stuck there now :/

Also have the bug where the 100% map completion for that character is now set to 0. Same problem occurred on different computer in the house with a family member playing her account.

I think ticket numbers got only 6 digits now, so you got 1 too much.

My friend tried both options, in and outside of the game. He successfully linked and upgraded his gw1 account.
Then he tried logging in …
He sent me the following screenshots:

Please note that the e-mail has been removed from the ‘linked’ part of the picture. But there’s nowhere to add the code. On login attempts, the data used to link the account isn’t sufficient.

A friend of mine tried out the game using the free trial. We’re so much fun he went ahead and bought the game. The time comes for him to enter the serial and get busy, but he’s running into some issues and so he sent an e-mail to support:

Hello,

Trying to upgrade my account. I have a serial code: removed

But have no where to add it to my account.

I am unable to login to the game to add it in the Black Lion section, as when i launch the game it tells me to contact support as my serial is disabled

My friend is a bit peeved he cannot play the game, and is surprised by the lack of reaction on Anet’s part. The request ID of his ticket is: 9374715. Could anyone post additional information on how to upgrade trial accounts? Since the trial is over, he cannot log back in, or log in on the forums for support.

Transmuted Legendary Weapons?

I would very much like to hear a definitive answer to this question as well.

Of course we could go through the effort of crafting and transmuting once more but that would defeat the purpose of having a purple name-tag to call it legendary.
I do hope the un-transmutation things will be implemented, as that would solve the problem in all cases (even for those players who switched their legendary from and to different alts).
