a new patch has been released. I still suck if i dont use grenades.

i love how a rifle warrior can do more damage, have more health, have more defense, and overall do everything better than my engineer.
yes, i have the healing turret, but warriors have banners .

That explain why i dont see many engineers looking for dungeons.

And to those that say that engineer rifle specialize in control and conditions ….. warrior can apply bleed, vulnerability, cripple and knockdown, and most of their skills are combo finisher: proyectile.

i was obviously talking about rapidfire, but because i dont have the game in english i used other name.
I havent played my ranger for days and maybe i should try if they really nerfed the sb.

the game is totally unplayable for me. I cant finish a dungeon because i get error 7 all the game and parties kick me.
I cant do wvwvw because i get error 7 and i have to queue all over again.
And the same goes for spvp or anything, i just get kicked all time from the server. And please dont tell me its my problem because i dont have this problem with any other game (tf2, torchlight 2, lol, borderlands2, killing floor, etc).

please. dont tell me that people keep thinking that the number they see when performing Barrage is the damage of 1 hit.
you hit for 6K, and that is the sum of all the hits of barrage, you dont do 5 hits of 6K, that is just stupid.

And you can cry all you want, shortbow outdamages by far the longbow.

oh boy here we go …

they must fix the sound effects of staff. The first skill should is horrible and sometimes it bugs and sounds too high

Im playing from Alberta, Canada and NA servers in Henge of Denravi.

Mine just gets disconnected randomly, between 2 – 15 minutes. Doesn’t matter what I’m doing, doing quests, my story line or just going AFK. Usually happens around night time, I guess because there’s more people playing.

This is what I noticed, when gw2.exe is running, I get the disconnect problem. And this is NOT just getting DC in game, I lose connection to my home router thus, losing connection to the internet. I did a simple continuous ping test from my computer to my home router (which is my default gateway). And just so you guys know, my home network setup is very simple ; a wireless home router that is connected to the internet.

After around 2 hours of testing (1 hour yesterday and 1 hour today) as I had the same issues yesterday, this is what I noticed:

1. My pings to the router is 100% successful, when I’m NOT running GW2. I was also constantly checking my internet connection and it was working pretty good.
2. Okay now, I run the game, play for a couple minutes, then BOOM. I alt-tab right away to check my pings, then I saw that I can’t ping my router for some reason “Timed Out” or “Destination Unreachable”. Then when I alt-tab back in game, I’m already disconnected “Error 7”. I try checking internet connection using a browser, but its NOT working coz duh, I can’t ping the router.
3. Around 5-10 seconds after I exit my GW2, pings get through again, I check internet connection, and it works.
4. I try to run GW2 again, then same thing happens, over and over.
5. While I was doing this “test” on my gaming laptop, I was also trying to do a continuous ping test from my work laptop, just to see if my game laptop is the only one that gets disconnected. But a big NO. Everytime my game laptop loses connection, my work laptop loses connection to the router as well (pings dont go through). So what a bummer!

So now… hmmm…. for some reason, I dont know about the others, but for me, running GW2 seems to wreck the connection between all the computers in my house to the router. So maybe, GW2 is impacting the router for some reason.

Why dont you guys try doing a ping test and see if you lose connection to your router? Just to see if maybe I’m the only one having this issue.

Im playing from Spain on Gandara server ( eu). I randomly get disconected, i alt tab to check if im connected to the router and im not. I close the game and recover the connection .

-our only ranged weapon ( pistol is mid-close) needs to be in close range to do damage
-everytime you switch to a kit, the autoattack disables, i everytime i use a flamethrower the autoattack is disabled ( i understand for some kits like bombs its ok but for the rest like elixir gun is not)
-turrets should be half cd if you pick them up
-pistol second skill should be combo finisher: proyectile

and a long etc, the class is very fun but totally underpowered

this problem started for me a few minutes ago. After 1 hour playing i went to ascalon catacombs with a group and i started getting kicked. Nothing changed on my side, no router reset, no antivirus update, nothing, i just started getting kicked every minute.
