Use the rainbow jellyfish only if you like to look at it. It has lower health because it was overlooked along with the Black Widow and the Black Moa in the pet balance update on April 30.
I can go to my HoM to look at it in the pool or swim along with it if I don’t plan to fight, but it is plain inferior for use in combat.
To clarify, according to the pet management panel, the black widow, black moa, and rainbow jellyfish appear to have the same attributes as before the April 30 update, and are now consequently weaker than their respective counterparts. The white raven appears to have identical attributes as the other birds.

The source for the proposed level cap increase may be found in this interview from 2011.
The current level cap is about 40 levels too high for my liking, so I’m not thrilled at all that they want to increase it further.
Since generating individual instances for every individual is either not possible or not desirable for these limited time event jumping puzzles, I would like to propose using player culling for these instances to eliminate all other players from rendering.
This still doesn’t eliminate or address the required wait time, but it would vastly improve the ability of the players to see where they are going, or even see their character at all.

Adrenaline gauge fills and does not deplete during Brute Force Divinity's Reach home instance.

During the story portion inside the home instance where the player must choose the Vigil or Whispers path, I noticed my adrenaline gauge was filled for more than 20 minutes. Activating the burst skill did not drain any adrenaline either.
I was in a party, but my other party member had left the instance before I noticed. My character was a level 22 human warrior equipped with greatsword, longbow, Healing Signet, “For Great Justice!”, Signet of Fury, and Signet of Stamina. I am unsure if activation of Signet of Fury was a factor in filling the gauge; I don’t recall if I activated it. Regardless, that doesn’t explain why the gauge wouldn’t drain.
This is a minor glitch and probably a low priority, unless this adrenaline behavior happens elsewhere.
Don’t overclock please, its only for the show offs who think they are cool when they do it, …
That just isn’t true of every person or every situation. That’s the problem with broad generalizations; there are exceptions. Overclocks by users may improve performance without compromising stability or usable hardware life of CPUs and GPUs given sufficient cooling and power supply.

I can answer the first question.
Many analog sticks will not completely reset to center, and thus will output a low directional signal. It is possible to correct this by adjusting the sensitivity on the analog sticks in your gamepad software to ignore signals below a certain threshold, whatever that may be for you. Unfortunately, without knowing what software you use, I am unable to direct you to where this setting may be found, or what values to set. I am also unsure on this forum’s rules regarding discussion of unsupported third party software designed to use unsupported input devices, like gamepads.
You should also note that this problem with analog sticks directly relates to both manufacturing quality and length of use. I have an old PS2 pad that I used on the PC for about 8 years that eventually did this constantly. Plugging in a new pad immediately corrected the problem, since the analog sticks had just worn out on the old one.
So it’s possible that you may have a hardware defect with one or both of the analog sticks, but you may be able to work around it by lowering analog sensitivity in software. This will of course somewhat reduce speed and precision of the controls you have mapped to the analog stick(s).
