I havent met a powermancer that actually caused me any trouble at all.
So i cant really comprehend statements like “powermancers usually beat condimancers”, thats just not what I´ve expierenced in my 1300 hours of wvw necro play.

So I´m either a very skilled Conditionmancer, or all Powermancers I´ve met were utterly kitten (I am playing on riverside).

+ As a Powermancer, the skills you listed dont come with the typical way of playing a power based Necro. Sure it´s possible to spec a powermancer to deal with conditions, but then, theres not much of a powermancer left is there?

I.e. a powermancer using staff, doesnt use dagger off hand, therefore doesnt have access to deathly swarm.

Tpvp is a whole different story, i am playing wvw 99% of the time. thats where i got my experience from.
Im running around with 2200-2300 condi dmg, fully buffed (25 corruption stacks, pizza, crystal, Applied Strength).
I dont think thats comparable to tpvp.

Secondly, keep in mind Power Necros take conditions much better than Conditionmancer in many specs.
, for instance, run CC, Well of Power, Deathly Swarm having the same condition removal as condimancer and have outstanding health/LF pool with ability to regain full DS back within less than 10 sec.

Apparently they dont, because i can transfer conditions at least twice – powermancers can not (not counting utility aka plague signet).

Powermancers usually dont have deathly swarm as they dont use a dagger as offhand weapon, most powermancers dont even use the staff. So unless you pick your utilities to deal with conditions you have very little to battle them.
With corrupt boon, signet of spite and well of darkness i can counter everything you have at your disposal to get rid of my conditions.

Power nec brings plague signet its game over.

A condimancer just sends them back via deathly swarm/putrid mark.

I see powermancers at a disadvantage here, their damage comes from DS 1 or channeling spells. Nicely timed CCs can and will easily interrupt them. Thats why i prefer condi setup for solo roaming.
I personally havent lost a fight vs powermancers so far, so i cant imagine a scenario where i actually would unless something goes wrong on my end.

Honestly, stack conditions and use enviroment to break line of sight = win
He will have use his heal for a full clense at which point hes almost defenseless against conditions (signet of spite).
Sigil of ice on scepter + chilling darkness usually seals the deal in 1v1 situations (well of darkness/deathly swarm).

Andele, i suggest you read your comments twice before posting them.
Other skilled players will always be a lot harder to beat than AIs, always.

unlike winning a game for which you just need to roam, decap and keep points up which every joe can do

You have no access to burning, if you dont have DS.
Right now, you do. I dont care if they nerf dhuumfire dmg, but putting another skill behind DS, to which you dont have access by default (its a major trait kitten!) is just kitten.

That highly depends on your traits.
He could easily boost his dmg by about 25% or more just by switching traits.
Lich is ego play, plague is supportive.
Depends on how you want to play.

well of darkness + corrupt boon (extrafear when he pulls stability, and he will) and the fight is pretty much one sided, just kite him. If he gets too close → well of darkness. Signet of spite comes in handy too.

I use a similar build, except i put your 20 from death magic into spite for signet mastery and chilling death.

Your scepter and dagger sigils are sharing the same cd.
Switch torment with corruption sigil and use undead runes – you wont lose condition duration due to 20 pts in spite.
Chill of death and chilling darkness are very powerful when fighting other players imo.

Works like a charm in small scale WvW.
Well of Darkness + Curses III (chilling darkness) are the perfect hard counter to melees.
Make sure to start the fight with bleeding (Order of removal! Last condition applied gets removed first).

Hanibull mentioned all the main aspects already.

In my experience, solo roaming as a hybrid/powermancer is sort of pointless because you heavily rely on channeling skills to do your damage. Way too vulnerable against any sort of CC/stealth imo.
In Zerg play on the other hand, Powermancers snipe anything below 50% health down, so i usually switch gear and builds when we zerg up for wvw.

For solo or small group roaming, i prefer mass condition spam.

Melees are free kills as long as you have your well of darkness (perma blind) combined with chilling darkness (curses 3 trait) ready. Signet of spite will finish them off most of the time, if you manage to get bleeding on to them, before signet hits (order of condition removal).

Thieves, guards or warriors are no problem at all, good mesmers or other condition necromancers are my weak spot

You can jump up to that position from down below. It is not a hack! I was there, when one of my guild member jump up and killed him.

Well in that case im sure you dont mind showing us in a short clip.

Less QQ please, we have holidays overe here in germany so our numbers are though the roof at the moment.
We usually have 1 Commander per map to organize the non-organized guilds and players – and we have the guild zergs aswell, running around in their own groups. If you dont have the numbers thats unfortunate, but stop blaming us for involving everyone in wvw – its annoying.
Ppl want WXP so they group up because its faster, it really is that simple.

Building masses of useless siege (i.e. rams) to get a team to its cap deliberately is called griefplay which is not tolerated by anet. Theres a huge thread about this on the german forums since a few servers had some serious trouble with that (whole matchup was screwed). You can actually report them via support ticket.

It did not effect your overall ranking, it did not effect the bracket ranking. Any particular reason for messing up a fun night full of enjoyable fights?

We did not care about the bracket placement, since it would not have made a difference anyways – but we really did enjoy the head to head race, till you decided to deliberately ruin it. (which actually is the reason ppl are so upset about it)

A short example of what we have been dealing with for the last few weeks.
On a sidenote: RamonDomke, German Community Manager,
answered in the german thread about this problem. He encouraged us to collect evidence (screens, Vids) and write tickets (title: “WvW Griefplay”) including exact time, date and place so they can look into it.
They do not support that kind of behaviour but want to make sure, the accused ppl do this deliberately before they take any action (Banning the person).

Sounds like a step in the right direction, lets see when/if they actually do something now.

Since the white swords dont show up on your minimap its basically impossible to defend a tower properly during early morning hours. You have to check your large map constantly and cant really do anything else. You have to start running as soon as you spot white swords to be there in time.
That whole idea might work out on heavy pupulated servers, but with less than 20 ppl during night shift you are totally screwed.

explaining the whole situation, what you (your guildmates) were doing there (and how they got there) could solve this thing in minutes.
Accusing IDarko (with obivously false arguments) wont help in any way since every single one of your accusations has been proven to be false.
So, if you have been one of the guys, tell everyone what was going on and the problem will be solved. If you can´t do that, ask your guildmates and stop making accusations you cant back up, that just makes you look ridiculous.

We had him at 10% then she stealth’s and heals to 35-40% (when we finish sparks) just so 10s later she stealth’s back again and obviously gets 50+%.

And the boss requires bug to kill it.

Thats not true, you guys just werent fast enough.
We killed her last night with a necro, mesmer, thief 2x warrior and we were not wearing full GC gear.
Its all about the timing to get the sparks in place quick enough.
We havent encountered a bug tho, just us not beeing fast enough during our first tries.
You dont have to waste tears aswell, dps with 5 guys and make sure only 1 of them is doing the tear job. Use Teamspeak and watch your debuffs, it comes with a timer so the tear guy can prepare throwing AND do dps.

We just killed her an hour ago, after a few tries.
Just as everyone explained – 4/5 trick, ranged guys stay ranged to shorten the spark distance (one of em doing the tears) and 4 guys went off to get the sparks as quickly as possible (5-7 secs tops, start running when she turns invulnerable).

Its pretty much all about the timing with the sparks.
If you get the timing right, shes np at all.

I´ve never been running so many kamikaze attacks before. I´m quite active (nightshift) in WvW but this new system is as worse as it gets. Defending a keep against 1 group, 4 ppl jump down and scream WTF pretty much at the same time on teamspeak because we just kamikaze´d into a 50+ zerg.
I honestly can´t see how thats an improvement.
Those WTF moments happen on a regular basis now and aint fun at all.
