Sorry to necro the thread, I can log on just fine, but now I’m getting kicked off every three to five minutes.

I play GW2 to relax primarily, so in – game I tend to wander aimlessly pretty much. I like to see my characters advance in skills and traits, get better weapons and armor, and so forth, but I’m not obsessed by it. That being said, I do try to always do the dailies for the karma and laurel.
I’m also not the most gifted when it comes to “uber combat skills” or whatever. I like to take things slow and steady. After a long day of tight deadlines, I’d rather just lay back and relax. That’s what I’m here for.
Darn. This thread was just getting good. Now we all have to go back to playing the game.
Oh well.
I think they should give us all a Laurel. And hearty handshake.

I tried to post something to this effect, but regarding a human male speedo skin with a cosmetic slider for bulge size. Not a good thing.
My post was met with the “something went wrong” message. Probably a good thing. Probably prevented an infraction.
I like the idea as well. Many times after completing a heart, I’ve thought “oh well, I’m not needed here anymore, even though the orchard is obviously still full of spiders or the cam kitten till overrun with centaurs.”
The only thought I would add is that the award for each incremental “help unit” (say, 10 more dead arachnids or 12 more bandits or what have you) should be small enough to avoid the inevitable heart camping that would occur otherwise.
evidently I need to rewrite my response because of foul language. I should have said that “centaurs still exist in the camp” I guess.
Every “ding” past level 80 also gives a skill point.

I play with a Razer Naga mouse; F1, F2, and F3 are mapped to thumb buttons 1, 2, and 3.
It’s not the actual voice that gets on my nerves so much as the ||: repetition :|| of phrases.
Human / Charr moralization aside, yes, I do sometimes feel a bit guilty when beating up on the ghosts. It is difficult to lay aside my humanity to that extent. Until they start beating up on me…
