It so funny that my friend send a support ticket regarding BILLING they promptly reply, but my ticket regarding this error and lag is still unanswered – 8 days already.

I’m done, i loved this game, but constant high ping and disconnects – which you says its my connection. I tried wildstar, wow, and cs go, the ping is normal. your server is the problem, not my connection. i even subscribe 3 months in vpn because you said its my connections problem, but it got worst and worst every god kitten day!!!!!!!! and one is helping meeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

why wont they acknowledge that there is a problem like this. wtf is going on.

Hello, anyone else experiencing that when you are out of combat and no swiftness, when you whirlwind to an enemy i felt like my 25% movement passive is gone. i just tried it like whirlwind to a random mob and run. please confirm if anyone could test.

I’m not entirely sure what you mean. If you’re saying you think Warrior’s Sprint isn’t giving you a speed advantage when you use Whirlwind Attack, you’re right. They made it so speed bonuses (or penalties) don’t apply to movement skills over a year ago (some exceptions exist).

If you’re saying you used Whirlwind into a mob, hit them, then tried to run away and noticed your speed was down, it would be because you were in combat. Your trait was still working, but your base speed gets reduced in combat.

Its funny to think that an incharge answer the other question, but no questions like this one. I know you are reading this. i waited for like 2 hours afk in teq to be disconnected 3 times when the teq arrives with those error codes blah blah blah, and not even one word of information or advice? The problem keeps on occuring for 4 days now since the rollback!

This is getting out of hand, i wish there is a dev that would reply to this and enlighten me. Today is the 3rd day that i cant even stay in game for ten minutes, with having and +120 of the normal ping. The ping goes up to 2000ms. Disabled firewall for private, public, i even uninstalled my antivirus, turned off the windows defender, have a clean install of windows 10 with only drivers and fresh guildwars 2 to no avail. I am FRUSTRATED now.

This just happened to me today. Anyone who could help please? its been three hours that when i try to log in, every 3-5 mins im disconnected.

I am like you like 10 months ago when i started playing. I want to play this game since launch but i don’t have the money to upgrade my rig so i just waited for like 3 years to purchase a high end rig and play this finally. never been this happy with like 5 mmo i played seriously before.

I’ll point him towards this post when I get home tonight. I think he’s using durability runes? No idea on gear stats but I would think some zerk/cavalier/knights combination.

5. The reward tracks aren’t rewarding. Tomes of knowledge? I already have thousands of spirit shards and 9 level 80 toons. Transmutation charges? I have hundreds. And the idea of a maximum tick is absurd when the only way to make progress on the track is ticks and daily rewards. If I’m in WvW to grind a gift of battle or the wvw armor set, then I should see that my participation is correlated directly to my rewards. Sadly, this system encourages me to do a soft afk. Here’s how it works: I join the zerg, get my dailies done, get 100% participation, then afk for 5-10 minutes. I’ll alt-tab, get some irl work done, browse 9gag or imgur, read a book, whatever. Then I’ll alt-tab back in, autoattack an NPC so far away from the action that no one cares, and then I’ll run away and afk again. The idea that that behavior gets me the same amount of progress on the reward track is ridiculous. The other rewards that I’m missing out on either don’t matter to me (karma – already have more than I need; experience – already have a zillion spirit shards) or are insignificant enough for me to ignore (loot drops).

I play WvW because its the only REAL END Game not for such rewards. Rewards in pve doesn’t matter also, do you found it rewarding to equip your character with legendary weapons + full ascended equipment to hunt fractals and raids for more ascended equipment? The only real reward you can have is equip your character with such mighty and beautiful equipment to KILL people in WvW.

But those fractals backpack are beautiful though.

Hello Everyone, i decided to try playing a guardian/dh since i had a Warrior main with same set and weapon with a guardian. I need help for a build for solo roaming. I have a full zerker w/ scholar rune and i plan to use my GS/LB or if you had a better recommendation for weapons.

Ive tried google but the guides are outdated and metabattle’s guide for wvw is for frontline.

Okay I dont want to be rude, but someone above claim that Soldier is equal to Dire. What have i missed? I cant qoute all of you but please.

Soldier in WVW is Garbage, you will feel like a garbage can, your damage will be out regen by all classes. I dont even think the name Soldier is applicable.

Dire on the other hand…

Its no brainer that condi is superior. But i couldn’t give any other suggestion for it.

1. Dire > Soldier.
2. Power needs Precision+Ferocity while Condi needs Vit+Toughness? Oh my.

I’m a warrior with full asc dire set + perplexity, but i dont use it anymore because i realize only pu*** runs a broken condi.

But it would be boring if we all run power build. If you have dignity, dont use broken condi.

Proper and Gambling doesnt sit together.

If you are level 80 already. There are lots of contents that are way better to do for the progression of your gear and mastery. You dont need to waste time on low level maps and worry about scaling.

Oh yes, I agree with your thoughts, but its my personal opinion because i found it lame when you caught a thief off guard by confusion and he will die by his own skills.

PVE – its no brainer, Berserker is the Best. Don’t worry about those mobs and bosses, they are very predictable on the long run.

WvW – Frontline classes or Glass Cannon such as Thief should consider this Marauder. And maybe the solo roaming class.

It’s really about personal preference. Would you like to trade small portion of damage to small portion of hp?

I think STR will be a better choice if you run Vanilla/Str. But I think, im better of with berserker so i plan to change it to Scholar – and use rifle + gs.

I’m thinking of defender runes too, but im running shield mastery and they didn’t make reflect = blocks. But ill search for that idea of Spartacus to pair it with Mace/Shield + Draining. After all, im using headbutts so i could have 4 interrupt skills including the burst skill of mace.

I’m only thinking now on what would be my set and rune stats if i run full melee, GS / X/Shield.

Guys, I do have Asc Dire w/ Perplexity Runes which is just sitting in my inventory for almost a month now. I stopped using it when i experienced how broken that set is when a thief and a mesmer attacked me while i was afk in the middle of BL (i am on the phone) and both of them where down in 5 secs. I dont like it, I want to fight like a man.

Do you think it would be better to restat it to Berserker Set with Durability Runes or Scrapper? My First Set is Berserker with Str Runes(but im planning to replaced it with Scholar). So my plan is.

1st Set – Berserker with Scholar – GS/Rifle
2nd Set – Berserker with Durability or Scrapper – GS/ X/Shield

Do you think its okay?

What armor stats and runes do you use for your second set?

Sir, in PVE you must have Berserker Set with atleast Pack Runes, use GS, press 2 to kill, press 3 to evade red circles, press 5 to rush back to mob and press 2 again.

Gunflame is a lot better than Killshot. It has long cast time and can easily be dodged.

Twilight/Rifle

Berserker – Smash Brawler + Blood Reaction + Bloody Roar
Discipline – Warrior’s Sprint + Brawler’s Recovery + Burst Mastery
Defense – Shield Master/Dodge March + Defy Pain + Cleansing Ire

Healing Signet, Berserker Stance, Endure Pain, Signet Fury, Signet Rage

Pretty much meta traits, you can replace Signet Fury and Rage with your preferences.

I usually use rage at start of the fight and depending on necessity i use signet fury for instant adrenaline to surprise people with burst. I’m no expert as most people are. Take them advises first before mine.

There is no terms as NIGHT and DAY at War.

Please add a kill death ratio for every players in wvw, please anet. With weekly or monthly reset or permanent record.

I don’t want to brag but Druids/Rangers are free kill for me. If you are having a hard time when they kite you, use a rifle. im a rank 145 atm, but ive killed 88 Platinum Druids, 18 Mithril, 6 Diamond Ranks, all with screenshot, 1 on 1. I’m a solo roamer.

Evade LB2, or Block it with Reflect Missile.
Ignore Pet
Get closer this is common sense if you are a melee
Don’t use mace if you are a Power Build
Im not sure what you mean by “Hide”, never heard that term before with warriors.

If they run, which is what they usually do, run and gun – use Gun Flame.

You want to recognize wvw for what it should be?

Add a Legendary Backpack exclusive to WvW, as it is in PvE and PvP.
Make it like in PVE where you are hunting for materials that can only be dropped from NPC’s by chance.

I love WvW, i just hope they give us another reason to play it, not just slaughter people around.

The problem was already solved.

My friend logged in with his account. He click the buy now button, and wait for 48 hours in his email for the code to appear. Paypal payment was a success, ha mailed paypal 4 times for verification. To my surprised, the code was not activated in his account, which i suppose it should since that’s what i did before when i purchased my hot, instead, the code was sent to the email address of the owner of paypal account.

There is no way i could be tired because all my wealth was spent for my Twilight

Good Day. I had a friend who bought HoT last July 21 as it is on sale. He logged in his account to the site, ordered the game and paid it through paypal. The payment was successful, he even received a receipt from paypal. The problem is, when it redirects to the gw2 site, a message popped up saying Payment Declined and no email was sent to him.

He submit a help ticket regarding this one but the support just said that the Payment was declined by the paypal, we contacted paypal and it said that the transaction was not declined and it is successfully paid and the proof is the receipt.

It is so confusing now. What do you think we should do?

And why does it took so long for the support to reply and the message was so unhelpful.

Hello, with the 40% off from the LS2 Package, i’m thinking of buying it, not only for the story ofc but for the Mastery Points also. I just played the game last November and i dont really know anything about LS2, all i know is its a story aside from Personal Story and HoT story.

Do you think i will just wait for the season 3?
If the season 3 came, will they stop selling the season 2?
If i start playing season 2, do you think i can still understand the whole story since i dont know anything about season 1?
