It makes it perm bc it can stay in stealth while stealth cool downs come back up, and you can use them while still in stealth from the previous skills. keeping you in stealth the whole time.

That steal is even noob friendly. Lay it down before spamming heart seeker and heal 1.5k every time you use it. (since it’s leap finisher is basically blast)
The might i mistakenly had increase might duration runes on making it hit 18. 20 thieves to keep 100 people in stealth isn’t bad. Perma means you can keep it up permanently, which it does.With more and more contributing to the smoke finisher it takes less time to set up. You can easily get to 25 might as i said by blasting into fire finishers. Retaliation i got to around 20, assumably it could go higher if i had more contributing to the finisher. Stealth i was able to hit 27 seconds, again assumably higher with more contributing.
Zafrece- perm stealth build-
We were told that there would be no perm stealth in gw2, and it should be used for a tactical mechanic.
We friends, were told wrong.
AOE perm stealth-
The build and the idea alone is simplistic in nature yet effective. Short bow Cluster bomb is a blast finisher, smoke+ blast = aoe stealth. Shadows refuge on the ground at desired area you wish to perm stealth.Once the bubble is gone place a smoke screen on the ground, aim down and fire cluster bomb into it 6 times. You now have roughly 20 seconds of aoe stealth. The recharge of smoke screen is 24 seconds and should come up on cool down before you run out of stealth, repeat this when the cool down comes up. If you are having a hard time timing it for feel free to throw in blinding powder to make it easier.
Using perm stealth in combat-
You may or may not know that laying fields does not break stealth, such as choking gas and caltrops. Stack condition damage and poison or bleed duration runes to make choking gas/caltrops more effective. When you lay down shadows refuge or use the smoke screen combo you are now free to lay down fields. Specing into shadow you should pick up “Cloaked in Shadow” causing aoe blindness on every tick of shadows refuge. Using choking gas should easily allow you to place 1 min of poison on large groups with out being having stealth broken. Due to lotus poison you also stack large amounts of aoe weakness on the enemy. While in stealth you gain might due to the “Hidden Assassin” trait, usually keeping around 18 stacks of might at all times if you remain in stealth.It would be fine it it only stopped there, but it doesn’t. =)
25 Might? or 1.5k heals a second?
Stealing from rangers allows you to grab “healing tree”. Blast finishers+water = 1.5k aoe heal, which can be done from (yes you guessed it) stealth. Fire+ blast finisher= 3 stacks of 20 second might, easily getting to 23 stacks for 20 seconds while in aoe group stealth.
Tired of Getting killed on Siege weps?
You can operate siege weps while in stealth! Simply have an engineer set you down a mortar elite and his turrets, then make both of you perm stealth.
Peskittenep sieges giving you a problem? Grab 2-3 of these perm sins and fear not, there isn’t not a problem that cant be solved by giving 100 people 25 stacks of might, 1 min of stealth, 1 min swiftness, and retaliation! The list goes on but I think you get the idea. =)

Ya, i messed around with variations of that build for pvp and healing toughness. Leeching venoms with condition damage and poisons seems to deal insane amounts along with dealing decent damage to singular targets. With the amount of dodges ( if you are skilled enough with them) can take on several people in the mists and come out on top every time.
This is a farming build i figured I’d bring attention to. I found this build in one of the later betas, but only in early weeks of release have i tweaked it to what it is now.
The idea is simple, Signet of Malice heals on hit. This applies to hits that caltrops deals as well. each healing for 100-150 per hit, depending on gear. This coupled with dagger storm which bounces from target to target which also triggers this heal, aids in stacking large amounts of aoe bleeds while healing enough to be self sustaining for the duration. The idea of the first part is to simply gather as many enemies as you can and blow your initiative using death blossom healing per use of initiative skill and per hit dealt by blossom. This should apply 12 stacks of bleeding on its own. Follow up or start with caltrops for more bleeds and healing. The enemy is now at20+ stacks of bleeding give or take. when low health use dagger storm. I have included 100% up time vigor for the evasions needed to gather groups, along with endurance return on dodge. If need be sig of agility can be used to refill the endurance bar.
Alternatively there is a more hide and strike version of this build. In this version it focuses on monsters that are harder or last longer than the other method would allow. The idea is almost the same, use death bloss to stack most of your bleeds while keeping the enemy in caltrops. use cloak and dagger to heal and restore initiative. When the going gets tough the tough get going. Blow shadows refuge, this should heal around 700- 1.1k a second depending on gear. When you emerge you should have 10 stacks of might for 15 seconds resetting the fight.
