Thanks for the mesmer and ele nerfs. Gives me a reason to finally uninstall this game.

Thanks for balancing my class around a single gameplay mode I don’t even play. SPvP and PvE balance needs to SEPARATE.

I would check out some guides, maybe some dps rotation videos on youtube. The game is very bad about teaching the player mechanics or optimized combos and dps.

See them wells mesmers cast? Stand in them, it makes mesmer happy that use the trait for wells.

How about allowing the glide option once the map is completed? Would solve the issue of cheesing the vistas etc.

So after finally putting some time into HoT and the jungle I’m gonna do a complete 180 turn here and say I’m actually enjoying it. Once you get the glider, and mushroom jumping and finally unlock the first part of your elite spec and get the weapon it actually becomes quite fun. Having a blast on my thief now using the new staff. And the weapon skin for the thief staff is perfect. Thank you anet. ^^

Currently half way through the mastery to use the gliding updraft. Then this jungle seems like its gonna open up way more.

My suggestion, give it a real honest to good chance. I finally did, now im having a blast.

Basically the beta was like “hey check out these new builds! Fun, right? Buy HoT and you can play like this.” Game releases….. “Nope i dont want you to enjoy our expansion, go die in the jungle we dont care.”

So, no updates? The lack of communication on this issue is making me upset.

Solid 5. I’d give it a perfect 10 if i could unlock my elite sepc at a reasonable pace. Atm its just not that fun.

I have decided to quit till they make this game fun again. I sure was looking forward to playing the daredevil in the new content.

Got home from work excited to try out the new expansion and unlock daredevil on my thief. Didnt realize the huge grind it would take just to experince the new classes. Spent about 5 hours in the jungle got 1 mastery point to unlock the glider. I like the glider its fun. Decided to roam around and collect hero points to atleast unlock the first thing for daredevil so i could have fun killing stuff with the staff before i continued the main quest line. Long story short, it didnt happen. Now im left feeling unstatsified and frankly have no desire to play the game anymore. The mastery system is fine, it’s okay that it’s a grind. But locking the elite specs behind such a huge wall is the deal breaker for me. I wanna do the new story, and maps enjoying/playing with and customizing the new class. Not spend hours upon hours unlocking it. I really wish i had not bought this expansion, the buyer remorse is very real for me right now.

Returning player, haven’t played in about a year and a half.

Dungeon/fractal groups are unfriendly to players who don’t understand how to speed run/skip all the mobs and burn bosses. Everyone seems like an elitist.

World content is uhhh boring to me. Plus I don’t feel like Im progressing my character no matter how much of it I do.

WvW is fun…ish but only peaks at certain times of the day.

sPvP is frustrating to me. I like to play support builds, but everyone just runs off doing their own thing while I try to play catch up and get burst down.

Is there anything else I haven’t tried yet?

Soooo, i download the patch, log in and see that my female human runs a little different. I proceed to take off all my equipment and run around and notice her breasts are now a lot larger than what I had previously created them at. They were rather modest, now they’re just HUGE. What gives? lol

So, ascended weapons looked cool on paper. But now I feel like I’m being forced into a single build. The amount of grinding and gold it takes to acquire just one ascended weapon is kinda ridiculous. I now have to choose between my Guardian and Necromancer, and which role I want to play from now on. This just sucks. What was anet thinking? When did this game become a grind fest?

I just bought a total makeover package on the gem store, and it shows up in my recent purchases but it was not sent to my mail. Whats going on?

Also the Charr Warband armor skin bug

Can we get this fixed please?
