Yep, we had a lot of good fights vs many guilds, [SLAY], [BLAK], [IRON]… and many other I just cant recall.

Many many thanks for making this MU so interesting, as we focused to pointwise game far less than usual, and thank kitten, you offered us the fights we were looking for.

Well, nevermind. Nice fights yesterday on EB. Congratulations for your reset, Kodash. I’m eager to fight you both, now that points are… a little less important.

MU is coming to its end and I wanted to thank to both for the fights and the fighting spirit. Special thanks for Zumy from [Buka] and a dps guardian with [WAR] tag from kodash for the duels yesterday. Some good duelers from AR also, encountered a lot of good smallscale from both servers

This MU had plenty of enjoyable fights both as a guild raid and as an inidividual.

Good Luck AG! It’s just one week of skill lag, but think about the amount of lootbags to farm!

It’s a funny video, making the shadows dance without being killed. But I mean, I encountered this many times. Most of the time when you run with OdS, you find a lot of easy kills. And you die every now and then.

But the most important thing about shadows is that they understand the battles in a different manner. If they make a 20 ~ 30 people group loose their time trying to chase two shadows, that’s a great achievement. If a shadow dies it’s ok if you get that dolyak killed.

Of course there are days better than others. But OdS is named in almost every matchup thread involving BB, and that’s because they do a great job controlling the resources on the map they are, and the job they do is very noticeable.

We (me) truly loved this matchup. I remember that tier as the best matchup I’ve ever had. And we learned a lot each from each other.

But I’m actually enjoying this matchup. It may not be the same AR from those days (neither do we), but you can still find plenty of fun fighting against you guys. Also in drakkar you can find some guilds willing to fight.

The reset is always blobby for everyone. Let’s keep it clean, please.

What happened with you guys in AR? Lost some guilds apart from RG?

I enjoyed our T3 battles with Piken. Good old times. I’ll be glad if we fight as equals as we did in the past.

Anyway, had fun yesterday on AR bl. We had some kind of guild “event” yesterday and gathered more people than usual. Sorry about that. And thank you for the battles and the fighting spirit.

I think they are pretty much the same. Vizu wins on coverage, though.
And Vizu does some kitten I never seen on any other server. They do not care to die, they keep coming and dying 1 by 1 to defend a camp… They keep holding an ACart until they definitively die next to they beloved AC…
And I don’t remember an actual RS zerg running away from you like kittens neither.

However, long time ago since we met RS (in terms of game time). I like to think we improved as a server, and I myself improved as a player. So I probably am giving you a disrupted version, more related to my pov right now that to what happened when we last faced them.

Well it was kinda the matchup that should happen, never have the top 3 International servers faced each other, we all have similar styles of play(at least we all used to). Maybe if we send cookies to Anet they’ll make it happen, and accidently lock Viz, Elona and Riverside in a matchup forever. Anyways fingers crossed to the RNG gods for anyone but RS.

I allways felt as our long T3 match being the “real” T1 (with all due respecto to the others). You guys were awesome. It would be great to rematch again.

We are #3 mainly because we improved our coverage (also our prime-time with the new “old” guilds).

So, we deserve to be where we are and so they do. With similar mentality but with different play-styles.

I saw them. If they manage to gather some people together they are strong opponents. Shoutout to a long and painfull fight near the garrison on BB bl regarding the three servers at 22pm or so (if I remember it correctly). Was amazing, just a bit laggy.

I hope you have better luck next matchup and face some servers of your same coverage and wvw population. You guys deserve better.

Good matchup so far. I would rather prefer have more equal fights in the open, but I understand this is not viz playstyle. Also respectable.

Anyway, you have some guild willing to fight, running in a 30-40 raid group? Im not asking this as an insult, but trully as a doubt. For me is the first time versus vizunah.

Must say that kodash actually surprised me. Even to be a defensive-style german server – I was expecting some Riverside- or Abaddon-like server – I found some interesting small-scale fights with you.

I wasn’t there tonight, I can’t explain. Depends on the hour it may be some guilds finishing their raids and joining together. There seems to be mainly RED+some other guild members out of their raids.

But take into account that we never denied the fact that we blob. I know we do, we try not to as much as we can, but we do. We can’t cover even half a day with our guild raids.

Just as you do, sometimes. Luckily you blobbed today a bit less than during weekend, making some of our fights today enjoyable.

Agree, I don’t believe in any kind of alliance, never, on any match until now. It just does not make any sense.

Anyway, not really on the mood to start the discussion again, but today i opted for roaming and looking for small-scale fights, running away from any blob I found…

And I found some fun versus many thiefs and mesmers from both servers. Particularly a small asuran mesmer from SFR. Probably from BOOM, but not sure. We had some nice nights but none of them really 1vs1, some SFRs or BBs joined every time we crossed our paths.

At least, glad to find some solo roamers on the map. Looking forward to some nice lag-free fighting.

That some servers blob more than others is a fact. It’s a mixture of factors and I’m not judging you. I don’t particularly like it, but it’s ok. But I personally prefer some guild action on the battlefield. And you can’t blame me (us) for that neither.

Last week we get wiped by some good equally sized guild groups from desolation. And I don’t care. You have something to learn always when being defeated like that. I don’t really feel elite in any way, some of us still get wiped more often than we should (xd). But after all this months and some organised events on the server, showing to the community how to fight, etc. we get better and evolved as a community.

Being defeated by a blob heavily outnumbering you, on the other hand, it’s just boring and exhausting.

Anyway, it may all change during the week and see some decent fights.

I won’t complain if blodash, riverblob, elona blolb or blobaddon blobs. It’s what you can expect from some servers. Maybe is a diferent pov of the game and how to have fun with it.

As I said, probably some of us expected more from SFR than what you showed us last night. I guess fighting blobs in T1 somehow changes you. I’m expecting you to prove at some point that I am wrong and not to blob as default.

And I’m not denying that BB blobs, btw. Usually blob dicussions are useless, I get it. Every server does. But we try not to during prime time. Yesterday we were enforced to (Second REDBuLL!) and it was kinda sad (and powerfull).

I don’t pretend to flame this thread, but I expected a little bit more from SFR. However, due to the fact that we are still on weekend and my point of view is just from kodash bl so far, I won’t say how disapointed I am… yet.

Points are important, but sometimes you miss the fun part of the game when you play it just as intended. I really get tired of the matchup with PS and AR, but I actually miss it…

Please, try not to join together and blob when we are not forcing you to it!

Yes, we do blob now and then. As every server does. Our community is a mixture of some big hardcore guilds and a good amount of small guilds and PUGs. You will have to deal with BB blobs, especially out of prime time.

But on the other hand, I’m pretty sure we can give you some good guild action on the battlefield. So don’t judge us so early and let’s have fun.

However, it seems this won’t a week for ninja conquers. You find a kodash attached to an AC behind every door or wall of every structure on the map. Maybe even on sentries, I need to check that xd

Personally, I’m not really interesented on facing vizunah. We are facing servers with higher rank and that’s why we have positive ranking. But it could happen otherwise and have an even matchup with a lower ranking server and therefore loose ranking.

I prefer to face a more guild based community as PS, or AR. We learned a lot facing Piken, and improved a lot. And even though I never fought vizunah, I believe we have nothing to learn from them. It’s a matter of numbers and coverage.

But anyway, it’s been a nice match so far. A lot of interesting fights, especially against desolation.
