i just think about if Victory or Death can add into Stronghold mode, the show will more epic and i found that still boring while i watching the WTS show @stronghold mode.

people just defend, defend, defend, kill the major npc, and defend.
2 doors still didnt break even the Timer up.

so why dont add Victory or Death to stronghold mode to force the Final Teamfight for two teams?

thats really boring to see they just running around and killing npcs

if there are more option to unlock those traits will more better.
how about some profession-specific event/boss event in tryia?
or players can unlock it in WvW sometime?
now the problem is the progression of gaining the traits are SO FIXED.
via the profession-specific event, we will know more lore of GW2.
via the boss event, we can catch’em all just like gw1 way.

the Main Point is – multi-way to unlock traits, not a only way for minor traits

when i see trait1 #1 need to Complete the 55lv story step, i just feel like so bad to new players. this really bad design to force players to do what, if they dont, you just cost their time and money to buy those “minor” traits. so bad enough.

while i am waiting for Teq, a window that spawn out and said i can get in mainflow now.
but when i getting in, i got a NETWORK ERROR!
i got this NETWORK ERROR until Teq is DEAD!!! and wasting time for waiting!

i was get there before 30mins of Teq spawn.

this really destroying my experience in gw2….and really wasting time to waiting
is this a bug or something? any other counter this too?

after i return the golem parts to Taimi, is there no more story for Eotm?
i dont see any Aetherblades in Eotm..just zerg from other world.

firstly gw2 really a good game and anet really made a big big world of many possibility on design.

i notice that anet want to stop the exploit and money farming of the game.
“no farming” is the ideal of gw2, but if i want the material of cook like butter and eggs, i still need to farm the bags from the monster.

so i am thinking about the home district
-farming.

not killing monster farm, is the “real” farming make player can farm what they need.
if i want to get eggs, so i feed the chicken in my home district’s grange.
remember the strawberry garden of charr?
so why we cannot farm in our home district if we want those food?

-how to farm
every home district will have the empty ground for players decide what they want to
do. (like farm, feeding some animal?)

-where can i get the seeds/ how to feed my chicken?
if decide to farm, players can get the seeds from npc by using karma/coins.
(or they can find some rare flower seeds from outside.)
if decide to feed, so they can choose the animal what they want to feed.
(maybe there are difference animal to feed depend of player’s race.)

-how about the period of harvest?
maybe there are few hours, or half day in real time.
(the number of harvest depend on player’s fertilizer on their field.)

-how to grow the plants / what things can i feed those animal?
for the plants, players can use the water burrow for the normally grow so they will get lesser of harvest.

-how to get more in one time?
for the plants, we can get material from outside to make plants grow better.
for example, we can get cow pie from the cow to make the harvest better! :P

for the animals, we can get better food from cooking skills, or hunting to feeding them.

-whats difference with farming plants?
feeding animal so we can get particular meat from them or collect wool or feather from sheep, or something else.

-how this system affect the game economy?
this depend on the difficulty of farming or feeding.
but at least, this not only way to get those material because player can self-sufficiency:
they still can buy those eggs,
they still can get eggs from bags who killed monster(monster farming)
but this will make players more interest into it because its not “HEY! I SWUNG A SWORD AGAIN!” (colin said that but i cant feel it actually in gw2)

-new players benefit and long-term effective
i understand the fear of anet that player exploit the karma to get unbalance benefit.
but this way can make people spend karma on this to make satisfaction of themselves, not only spend on weapon and equipment.
also players will take care of their home district,
i found players not really care of their home now because there are lack of “sense of belonging” of players. home not like “home”, right?

-new players benefit:
new players can farm/feed the material who need it to make money, or use themselves

-long-term effective:

-Dynamic Event
can add some event on your field or whole home district like:
bandit want to steal your plants/ or fire on your farm

-Diversity and little detail of world (THIS IMPORTANT! designers should know)
-players can make some beautiful flower for holding
or make some beautiful flower put on their hair.
-also we can discover some special mini-pet from feeding some animals
players can get the egg and make them ALIVE!
(like GW1 black moa egg adventure! i love it so much!)

-Get the material by not-killing monster, funny way
-we can get difference tier of material depend the way they feed/farm.
as i said, they can get some material themselves, good for causal players.

i will add more idea for this later

also this way will extent the PvE end-game content and make people love this world.

Suggestion of dungeon and cost

just a suggestion see if anet will do or not. may i post here?
i think anet’s action on the dungeon money reward is good for stop Inflation.

but i guess reduce the cost of repair and waypoint of 80lv will be better.
also reduce req. tokens of dungeon equipment or more tokens for per run.

I played dungeon many times specially AC and CoE.
i found that playing with new comer of dungeon will cost many on repair.
so now anet patched the money reward of dungeon, i used 20s to repair my equipment but i just got 2s when i play the difference path
*i got 6s in first time, and i repair for 30s
(path 1 is my first, second one is path 2, in same day.)

so anet can reduce the repair cost to encourage players to try new dungeon?

about the tokens, its really contradiction with anet ideal in this game “no farming”
i cant imagine i need to farm a same dungeon of 15times just for one part of equipment! (there are six parts! and there are total 900-1000 tokens for whole set.)

dungeon harder is good thing. but reward need to balance with the difficulty
(like there are 3 difficulty for dungeon so reward will be difference as the difficulty.)

if anet think 1~2hrs for per run is normal for dungeon, tokens also need more for the cost of time using.
i understand people will farm dungeon so they can get those equipment so fast, and they will complain the lack of endgame.
but for a causal user, they cant farming like 100+ times of same dungeon just for the equipment look they like to use.

i know anet dont want people always farming but there are too much tokens that make people “need” to farm that just because of the “skin”
(i really like Ascalonian light equipment and ghastly weapon, i got the greatsword so i fought like 30+ times AC ex mode, now i need the boots and pant so i need play AC ex mode 30 times again…..(240+180 tokens))

question is: if i want to play my second character, so i need to farm 60~100+ times again just i want the equipment?

its ok to buff the difficulty but 3~5 run for one part of equipment is my limit..really..
dont forget this game is for causal, and this will make people think about “farming” again in gw2.

sorry for my broken english, and i look forward to see gw2 better.
i played gw1 for 6 years so i want gw2 will better!

*little complain here: every patch focus on the exploit make me feel unfair to the causal players. like 40lv karma weapon, cooking materials. players who reach this early will benefit, but players who later reach will be harder, i hope anet will notice this.
