The thing that annoys me about karma vendors is everything they have is garbage and i don’t think they are worth the prices so i never buy anything from them . They should at least lower the price of karma items from heart vendors so they seem not a complete waste of karma.

My wife plays guardian, in wow she plays paladin and likes to heal so she would tag along on quests and heal + smiting while i would destroy everything. She generally likes to play the support role and likes to do that in this . Her play style shouldn’t mean she is punished ,as with wow she could just heal and would still get the progress .

Grouping is not pointless…the group will always have to wait for it’s slowest player.

In your specific case, maybe if it’s not too late roll a class that isnt as OP? or even better pick a weapon combo that is not as OP as the one you are using now? maybe let your wife take the lead, or take turns on who leads, or if you both agree that it should always be you then you need to set a slower pace.

Well i could do that but i like to play warrior in every game i play . Purposely slowing down to play a game because a feature that other games have is missing is one way that would just have me stop playing all together.

top it off mobs don’t give much EXP and your scaled to the level of the content. Also if your both doing the same DE’s your EXP gain should be about the same.

Its not about the exp gain for me though even though this would also be nice , its just about keeping the flow of the game for me smooth , you have to understand my wife isnt a hardcore gamer or anything so shes slower to react to the game than say what i am , but with wow as an example i can go in and slaughter packs and we will progress at the same time which then makes her feel like we are both progressing at the same rate.

Yes but try playing a warrior that one shots things in auto attack , the way we are playing is going straight for 100% map so doing all the low level areas when we out leveled and out gear them . I have been trying to just auto attack things but even that just flattens every thing i touch , and this is probably the thing that annoys me most in this game .

I’m getting bored faster when i have to wait since we have progressed at different rates on our quests and i have not felt that way in most MMOs we have played together.

I would like when we are grouped for kills to count for both of us even if my wife didn’t make the kill in time.

Any thoughts on this?

The smoothness of the camara is why most of my friends think this game feels sluggish and have all moved back to wow , fix this asap as feeling smooth makes or breaks most mmos even for me , even swtor had it right.

I feel like an idiot buying DDE version £60 for what , a wolf skill and i just bought mist of pandaria boxed collectors for £54 with sound track , art book , mouse pad etc .

Yes DDE is a massive rip off , and so are the prices for gems , £8 + for 800 and one bag slot cost 600 . Sort your prices out Anet, i would have rather had a subscription to this.

well you can see that on the map there are unopened areas , so maybe in time yes. Just add cantha and im happy.

so adding a few features that would make the game better is making it like wow . Ok i see your logic there . I hope they dont add authenticators , would make the game to like WOW. What next pandas ?

I find it sad that ALOT of players in this game are massively insecure when it comes to WOW be it ingame or on these forums . You know when i log wow noone talks about guild wars . When i log guild wars everyone is talking about wow no matter what anyone has to say about anything.

If they made dungeons or something along that kind premium i would buy mists of pandaria faster than you could say ZOMG pandas.

If you people keep saying go back to wow we are going to have another swtor on our hands if everyone actually does , don’t underestimate how many ex wow players are in this game. People are allowed an opinion and can still enjoy the game enough to play it so quit the childish comebacks.
