Hello, any chance this will be corrected soon? It’s been more than 3 months and it wasn’t broken beforehand, are the original textures lost?

This has been around awhile. Certain LIGHT ARMOR creates a visible line along the back of a female human. Some chest armors and some leggings are worse than others, and some combined are pretty bad. The Embroidered Pants are particularly troublesome as far as leggings go, and the Conjurer Chest piece is rough amongst the tops. Put the two together, and YOW!

(Try putting the various tops on WITHOUT bottoms – and vice versa – to see which ones are the main culprits.)

For crying out loud! This was fine up until the JAN patch hit, now two months later it’s still not fixed (referring to today’s patch)… I’ve reported this on the forums, I’ve reported this via the in-game report tool, I see in this thread many people having reported this. Please fix!

I’ve noticed since the Jan 28th update my Norn female characters now have very visible texture seams at the waist. At first I thought it was only with the T3 pants but I’ve checked others (such as the Gladiator set) and I see the seam in all of them. It’s very noticeable at the back of the toons, looks like a big scar.

It definitely wasn’t there before that update. I’ve at least 8 other guild members confirming the same issue.

I was getting this error frequently when I was running 32bit vista, it resolved itself when I upgraded to win8 64 bit. It’s a known issue (taken from another post): “There is indeed a known issue with Windows 32-bit operating systems and certain Nvidia cards, primarily the GTX cards. We’re still looking into this but at this time there is no ETA for a fix. Players with 32-bit operating systems would be limited to the lower graphics settings as this is meant to prevent the “Out of Memory” crashes.
So unless you are able to upgrade to a 64-bit operating system (and probably add a bit more RAM as well) I am in agreement that lowering some of the graphics options may lessen if not stop the Out of Memory crashes.”

Good point Cspence, I type at a good pace as well but I also enjoy shortcuts such as pressing up to bring “LF2M COF P1” instantly in my chat box hehehe

For 1) its as Ursan mentionned. For 2) you can instantly “recall” the last few things you wrote in chat by using the up key after pressing enter and having cursor focus in the chat field. My guess is people write their message and “recall” it ever so often. This does not carry from one game session to another tho.

I went with something more winter-esque and something more christmas-y :)

Hi everyone,

I’d very much like to get a set of Nightmare armor for my lv80 necro. As you know this requires quite a few tokens :) I’ve been trying to find people who’d like to run TA EXP via the good ol’ map shout but I haven’t managed to get a group going, after quite a few tries.

Now it’s very possible this is because everyone’s done TA to death but I just joined GW2 about a month and a half ago so well, it’s new to me (haven’t had a chance to do it once).

So I’m looking for others who’d like to get this armor (or just do TA a bunch), so we could join up for a common goal. Alternately, if you’re in a guild that does a lot of dungeon runs I’d be interested in joining :)

I’m currently on Darkhaven server and I can be online most days between 7PM and midnight EST.
