Guild Wars 2

can anybody tell me how to check the progress of bug reports please? I reported a bug about the end of torn from the sky 11 days ago and there has been now fix yet. Which means that I cannot play with any character at all now.

I know I have posted Issues and Submitted a request, but I just thought I would say that
Gw2 is a very good game. However It doesn’t matter how great a game is, if you can’t actually play it it is a waste of money. So come on Anet Speed up your bug fixing.

What is going on at arena net are all the bug fixers on holiday? It has now been one week since I have been able to play GW2 or HoT. This is not why spent out on this game. How much longer Until we get a fix???

Now don’t get me wrong folks – gliding may be a wonderful experience, in fact it is in other games I’ve played (perfect world, soul and blade) but for me the only problem is that due to the crash in GW2 I cannot play HoT or GW2 at all!!! which is not why I bought them with my hard earned cash. It doesn’t matter how great the game is It’s no good if you cannot play it as is the case at present. February 5th 2016

I have gone back to playing original guild wars game and beginning to regret buying ggw2 and heart of thorns at all . Not that arena net will care they’ve already had my money. Well they wont get any more from me. Or from others I hope. FOUR DAYS! AND NOT A WORD OF APOLOGY

I am having trouble in verdant brink also and It affects all the other areas on my account, I have been unable to play any character in gw2 for most of the day

Hi, I’ve been playing gw2 for about 2months now and have got my main character to level 80 so from posts I’ve read I don’t think I need a welcome pack. I would like to congratulate you for the help and advice that you give. I have Just one question – is there any legitimate, legal and moral way to get gems without spending real money? I ask because I am a 71 year old pensioner and don’t want to spend real money on games unless I have to. I wanted to get gw2 at launch but the computer I had then would not have run it, so I’ve saved until I could get a new one. Not looking for handouts or anything, just advice.

I realise that I’m probably in the wrong place for this question, but I’m new to this game so please forgive me. Is there any legitimate way to aquire gems other than with real money?

the real reason it’s not fixed is that the Anet team are in Cologne trying to flog Heart of Thorns.

thanks – I have submitted a ticket this morning so am awaiting reply. I think they are trying to sell heart of thorns to the exclusion of all else. Bad policy in my opinion , why would I want to buy an expansion when I can’t play the original properly? I have only had the game for about a month or so.

It seems to me that the Anet team are entirely focused on trying to sell heart of thorns to the exclusion of all else. Well I for one will not be buying HoT if they cannot be bothered to fix gw2 first.

I have got as far as the airship on three or four occasions but on all of them have been unable to use the cannons to fight the giants, nor have the humble waypoint or the anvil for repairs been activated. Can anyone help with this. I play solo by the way, just a personal foible

As a new player I am going crazy trying to “discover” Togatl Grounds, I’ve n found where they are supposed to be but nothing changed . Can anyone help me please?

not as far as I know they are just in my starter backpack

I realise that this may have been asked before but I am new to this game so please bear with me . Why has my character been unable to display goods he wishes to sell when talking to a merchant or weapon/armorsmith. ? Am I doing something wrong?

Not a question, more a complaint. I have only had the game for less than three days and have already found the server down on five occasions. I know it is not a problem with my internet connection or router because I have been able to get on other sites (including guild wars original). I’m not very happy!!
