Noow that I’ve calmed down over the kittentiness of this trait while using mass invisibility, how can the devs make this trait synergise better with the elite? All the elites have a categories that they fit. Where would you place mass invisibility ?
It won’t be changed anytime soon as not many people use it, so no one will complain about it. I’m sure even the Devs don’t use it when traited.

Good job for whoever decided that Mass invisibility should have reflect when traited. Your Suggestion is and will always be valuable in making this trait Elite unusable. Hopefully in the next suggestion you can increase the CD from 72s to 105s just so it doesn’t get abused by the niche players who are smart enough to take it.

Compared to other shield blocks, it’s not that powerful. The current cd is too long for players who don’t want to use illusion traitline, 35s for a skill that can be avoided from summoning phantasm by blinding or by stowing your weapon away is not that useful in PvP. Almost all blocks have 3s compared to the 1.5s of echo of memory. As for the matter of insane damage that for Anet to decide.
As much as I would love to talk about staff changes-nerf on chaotic Dampening, slow casting unreliable target hit phantasmal warlock- I know condi buffs for mesmer won’t be coming any time soon due to the mirage spec. The only changes you probably going to see are mirage skills.
However at this point of changes to POM, echo of memory should revert back to lower cd so as to allow power play if you don’t take illusions traitline
Now that persistence of memory has been changed for better or worse, can we get echo of memory back to 30s cd for PvP?

Hey gang, does Anet have Blacklion specific sale dates(usually during summer or winter period) , where they reduce gem prices on stuff like character slot, inventory expansion, bank expansion, identity change amongst other things Or isit just random dates and only with random gem items.
Was testing out the buffs for staff an noticed a few field bugs. Damaging Chaos fields now shows red outline as if its enemies. There is no field outline for Precognition Field.
Well at least she didn’t flame and block me.
While roaming in EB, i came about a PU condi mesmer who had 25 stacks of corruption, full condi food & utility. After downing him i went to capture their camp, he came back an i downed him again. Moved to another camp, he came for the 3rd time, this time using duelin trait with pistol for bleeding stacks, but still PU . I downed him. His necro friend came to rez him, downed him aswell.. then i decided to laugh. I managed to finish capturing camp an i received this message. Fun times.
Well for Chronomancer, it has been for raid’s. I could be wrong tho.
As much as i love Staff and have been using it for almost all my builds since release. Staff sucks monkey kitten now, the nerf to remove the blind was mostly what killed the weapon. If you dont plan to use Chaotic Dampening, then there is Absolutely no point in using it in PVP (Unless you like to phase retreat and the random stuns from chaostorm). You would just melt since HOTs power creep, melt like diarrhea in the hot sun. Dont bother taking this weapon
My bad i should have just said that % was not accurate. If people want to follow pros that’s fine. But for the rest who want to make different builds, the improvements on certain sigils could diversify builds. Which is why I stated as an example the usage of sigil of doom over something like sigil of frailty. Also I didn’t state any runes but some could use some improvement. Some that offer 1s effect for a cool down of 60s-90s. With all these updates and balances, why leave out other sigils( not including the nerf on energy and might)

I was just wondering with all these patches and updates, when will you get round to changing/improving the sigils and runes. I can understand that some runes are meant to be better than others, but 90% of the sigils are barely used and/or are noticeable in their effect. An example is sigil of frailty. Alot of classes can apply vulnerabilty but I would choose sigil of doom over sigil of frailty (+20%vulnerability). Maybe increase this % so that it allows classes to make to builds not only depending on traits, runes and amulet but also on weapons and the stats they inflict. Which could lead to an Increase in build diversity.

Omg this build… I don’t even know how to thank you. I can now run with zergs in wvw knowing all the loot bags I will get. I have yet to try it out in tpvp, now my main mesmer can finally join a group. Thank you kind sir.
I would recommend changing the title to something abit subtle, before it gets nerfed.
I would say time to reroll but someone has to place those veils in gvg’s…
Pretty much every mesmer in wvw Zerg nowadays.
