Do you have BT as your isp? If so check your routing city in your e-mail varification log in. I had the exact problem when my city changed to D4 south moulton. Re-boot your router/homehub and see if you receive a new verification e mail when logging into the game, if you do your ip will have changed and you might have moved route. mine changed to D5 Doncaster and since no problems. If they carry on then may well be worth contacting BT/isp as the fault will be lying with them. Im no expert on routing of tinternet traffic etc but this fix worked for me.

hi guys I had this problem a couple of days ago and logged onto here to pop my fix on. I found looking thro my e mail authentication logs that my isp (BT) had changed my ip and routing city to D4 south moulton from D5 Doncaster. All it took for my problem to be fixed was powering down the homehub for 30 seconds and restarting. This shifted me back to D5 gave new ip and fixed the problem. I hope its as simple for you.

I have the error 7:11:3:191:101. three characters load fine, two don’t who are loading into Gendarran fields. this is the only area I can find which I cant load into so now have two “stuck” chars.

I am getting this message also on a lvl 80 trying to load into gendarren fields, all other chars loaded fine. I tried moving a different char to gendarran, same error appeared so don’t know if its the population in the area or a bug?

I am having the same problem on one of my characters. Trying to load into gendarran fields and just hangs there for a few mins then gives error code 7.11.3.191.101. All other characters load fine in other areas??
