Why would you EVER remove them from being able to be purchased?
Since we buy them with gems, ie, REAL MONEY, why on earth would you
EVER STOP SELLING THEM? It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS AND STUPID
that we have to wait MONTHS for you to put them back up for sale – they should
be available 24/7, ALWAYS

there is not one single good reason for taking them out of the store, NOT ONE!

Yeah, mine is the same. I’ve got a 2K gaming beast of a computer, and I know the error is not on my end.
I’ve been playing since release with not a single problem,
until this last week or so – lag spikes every 5-10 minutes, frequent d/c’s,
and it’s not getting fixed – so, I decided to just uninstall it and switch to
another game.

It was fun while it lasted, Arenanet, thanks.
Off to greener pastures.

No, it’s not silly. They cannot fix it. It’s so messed up the game won’t even launch ON THIS END, it’s so destroyed by whatever they did. How can they fix it when it’s messed up on my computer and I can’t even uninstall it? They can’t fix that; whatever coding went wrong when they messed up the patch it even made the game unaccessible HERE.
I paid $50 for gems, then their patch ruined the game on my machine as well as on their end, with no way to fix it. Translation? Robbed. Even though unintentional,
they took my $50 and made the game unplayable, ever. Intent is irrelevant; the end result is what counts. they have my cash, I have no way to play the game now, due to THEIR error. They owe me a refund.

ps – i just spent $50 on gems. Thanks for taking my money, then destroying my ability to play the game. It’s so reassuring to see that you are happy to take the money, then cut the game out from under me. I consider it theft. I’m going to cancel the order on the credit card, tell them I’ve been frauded. As I have.

Ever since it tried updating the patch this morning, it locks up, won’t go any farther,
and now it won’t even come up at ALL, I can’t even uninstall the game to reinstall it, it 100% locks up and nothing works, i can’t play the game, can’t load it, can’t even REMOVE IT – your program has locked up my computer in regards to GW2 and now I can’t play the game, can’t uninstall it, can’t do anything.

I disagree on every point the OP made. On my server there are people EVERYWHERE adn groups mobbing the elites and events all the time, it’s hella fun.

I see you dislike every option people made, why don’t you go play something else if you hate it so much?

This game is infinitely better than any other mmorpg, and I have a blast running around doing events. And, for the record, starting zones DO reward you occasionally with level appropriate gear – i’m level 42 and I hang around queensdale a lot to do stuff with friends and i often get drops for my level.

and my server is very crowded, but unlike other mmorpgs where crowded = kill stealing, ninjas, and standing around waiting for respawns more people = way more fun. i don’t know what ghost town you’re on but my server is hopping all the time and i never am having to do an event solo.

This is not WOW.
WOW has primarily END GAME as it’s focus, with leveling just a boring repetitious grind to get to level cap THEN the game actually STARTS.

GW2 is so awesome (imo) because leveling is FUN and you can do so much fun social stuff with others before you get to the cap —- and remember, they’re announcing monthly events (like halloween, and now the november announcement) and there will be rapidly released expansions coming out all the time, raising the level cap and introducing new content (and I bet races & classes and such),

so new content will be fast and fun and a lot of it already is – so i think part of your
discontent is comparing it to WOW’s endgame raids and all that; this is not WOW,
it’s SO much better in ever way . if you like endgame raiding like wow, then play wow until the next gw2 xpac launches!

There are bots everywhere in queensdale on my server – roaming bands of 10-20 of them at a time, same pattern, for WEEKS, and Arena Net does nothing.

The event on the hill where the water pipes is has been glitched for WEEKS, where 40+ bandits are just standing around, annihilating everyone who comes close.

GW2 has been a tremendous disappointment as Arena Net shows they just don’t care and let botters, gold spammers and glitches run rampant and they do nothign about it.I guess the saying is true: No monthly fee = Company doesn’t care and doesn’t keep game updated/clean.

Goodbye all, I had high hopes for this game, but it sucks kitten Epic fail, bioware.
