Wow has heaps… HEAPS more content, but then running so long it would do.. I don’t think what they charge is a problem considering what you get.. I personally don’t play enough to warrant paying it which is their downturn imo.

As for GW2, when I started playing I couldn’t stop complimenting it, it is a great game sure, but both me and my guild feel the PVE is neglected to the point it’s alienating. Our guild is mainly PVE and every week do the same thing over and over, there is no wonder less and less people log in. GW has always been about PVP and I get that but seeing as it released with Dungeons then.. why not make more? Maybe time to consider giving this side of the game more love. And more rewards to work towards that are not the difference between a 4g Exotic and a 3000g legendary which is not really anything special..

This camping of open temples is something I’ve never seen before the megaservers, the question is why?

Before MegaSevers
- players complained they couldn’t find open temples.

After MegaSevers
- Some temples now seem to be open 24/7.

Are these Open temples being kept open with Bots?

Does Anet need to eliminate the Temple Defense Event?

Do temple events need to be put on a schedule like world boss events?

I do think that they need to put in an automatic fail system, where after 3 successful defenses, a non-event reset occurs in which the pact is forced back and the chain restarts.

Yeah, I’ve given up doing these, 6 level 80s sitting with locked end traits.. It sounds like a major pain to get the temples done now… I did look to see if they were on the world timer and no… Either putting them on, or what mtpelion said about an auto fail event after the 2nd try would help this problem.

Lots of people enjoy playing multiple characters in GW2, and the only way as far as I know to keep track of who is who is to look at their account name. If they log in on another character while PM’ing it can also be confusing..

Short of renaming all your characters X The Mesmer, X The Warrior, X The Thief… it could be a nice idea to have the option to display the account name in chat instead of the character name, this way people who remember who was who a lot easier and make forming bonds amongst other players easier..

Just a thought.

Actually this is my real job for 7 years now, the majority of work I get is concept art and illustration for games and books.
This years been filled with concept art for a game now in closed BETA now, so been itching to do some characters again just for fun.

The original skins are well designed from concept, then done nicely by the 3d team… these cannot be from the same team, it’s like they sacked the art department and have one 3d guy who wings the concept art and spends 10 mins on the 3d.

Too many people who just don’t know say the damage is bad, it’s decent, check out Brazil’s build guide and 4 min cof1 run with only rangers, sword horn is ace atm… long bow every slates… and they are again wrong, LB has a purpose, long range, if you trait for it, berserker gear and stand max range to get the best damage from it you can hit for 3-4k per auto attack, and up to 16k Rapid fire. Don’t misunderstand, LB is not good in dungeons where you should stick with your group, but exploration, and esp world boss events it’s amazing. People also forget pets contribute a huge portion of rangers damage.

Short answer, Yes, if you do your research and play them right.

The Largos parts in the story were the most fun, the few times you bump into them in the world is cool also (SP)… they would definitely be my first pick as a playable race.. I also don’t think they would loose much mysterious factor, only enrich the game.. Similar to the Sylvari.
