Despite all that arenanet support personnel and Gaile said, apparently the support team was not properly informed and my account ham.3760 is blocked again for gold selling.

The new incident ticket is 130125-000659 but I do expect immediate attention as this is a repeat issue of a repeat issue in the exact same scenario. I’m very very upset right now.
honestly, after the last error and repeat error by arenanet, i have doubts about moving gold between my own accounts. i wont mind as much if such issue can be resolved in under 24hrs. as i only play wvw, 3 days and/or possibly longer (out of a 7 day game) to resolve such issue is preventing me from moving gold between my own accounts, or giving/accepting gold to/from anyone in fear that me/they get banned just because my/their account doesn’t meet arenanet’s definition of normal activity/behavior.
and given the growing number of cases, arenanet should really take a good hard look into their workflow/review process. as in the given example, selling things is one of the main ways for many people to get gold and send it to whoever they want to help.
I’ve regained access thanks for the fast response. Hoping and praying your system doesnt glitch and block my account again anytime soon.

Standing in Lion’s arch chatting with guildmates and doing ABSOLUTELY nothing else, your system blocked my account in less than 10mins again.
Someone please act on this, or do I have to post this under the Bug forum?
it would seem that anet/ncsoft have some issues with purchasing point being different from playing point. in short, if your friend is in a different country/region from your registered cc location, it might raise some warning flag for fraudulent practices and might cause further complications in the future.
i hope your friend receives his copy of this great game and don’t have to deal with the frustrating and nightmarish complications of you being generous.

I have sent various information and proof but my proof was deemed as an unauthorized access.

My other account ham.3760 is banned incorrectly for selling gold to this account and subsequently changed to accessed by unauthorized personnel. I’ve provided more than enough technical proof that both accounts belong to me but it was determined by your staff as unauthorized access by me. The banned account is an account that’s been active since beta and represents the bulk of my time and effort in this game and is linked to a guildwars 1 account.
It is beyond me what else I can do at this point in time other than coming here to put up this thread in hope that anyone who knows me as zibbeh (ham.3760) and deyka (ham.3614) will vouch for me that both accounts belong to me.
Anet, please fix your seriously flawed gold selling detection mechanism. It is causing a lot of unnecessary frustration and grief.
