I’m tired of siege buffs. I want to fight people not siege.
A lot of guilds in WvW use the target symbol to follow a driver since it stands out more than a commander tag and it doesn’t attract pugs. You can’t even see it now because it turns dark red.

We can hardly put a dent into it before the other servers come back to defend. It should be much lower
I was expecting these new shields to prevent ACs and that was it. Instead it makes it impossible to push chokes against blobs. Along with those next to ACs literally makes zerg busting impossible when they throw down siege. The amount of siege a group can place inside of a small area is ridiculous. The amount of siege people can place needs to be decreased in an area.
I don’t want to talk about the new borderlands. They are only useful for higher tiers because they are massive.
kitten siege in WvW. I’m all for defending a tower but when it becomes a game of who can siege more it ruins WvW. Siege doesn’t take any skill and it needs a MASSIVE nerf.
I apologize for your loss today. But your logic is flawed. You make no sense. The “strat” you’re using atm basically involves no equipment in terms of siege. Its pretty much you just bashing your head into bodies & hoping they don’t fight back, when walled off against a group of players who actually plan out all their moves, & utilize all options possible, you guys complain. I understand its pretty heated on that side. But I still fail to understand your point of view. Its pretty simple, take a step back, think about the steps you took & what you could do to improve & possibly beat it.

I don’t think you understand. We play WvW to fight people not take objectives. We fight around objectives to get fights but it is frustrating when people hide behind siege which take little to no skill to use. Once again we are not a PPT guild we are a zergbusting guild
We usually run 20 people so splitting up doesn’t work to well. We look for fights not objectives but when the fight is SM and they are bunkering down with a kittenload of siege in lords it is frustrating
SM is an objective, though, so you’re not really making sense. As you can see in the image Freelancer posted, we were all over the place — there were plenty of fights to be picked.
When fights hide behind walls with siege we are forced to go to objectives. It would be awsome if people met us open field but after one guild or zerg gets wiped its usually a game of find the blob

I would consider splitting into multiple groups to circumvent the zergs and abuse their lack of mobility, instead of trying to take it head on. Shield generators are fantastic for holding off groups, but if those groups split apart, it negates the power of that main group.
We ran 6 squads tonight, all in different areas to avoid the melee-train zerg we were up against. The result (with immense help from others as well) was 480 ppt for about an hour. Their zerg was sticking to single points (like SM) while we took all of the surrounding areas. We used multiple TS channels with commander chat and coordinated movement against the zerg.

We’ll be uploading a video soon enough. You guys had 40+ in your ball on the video alone (not including the 30+ pugs not following your melee train). We had 30ish on the interior, also shown in the video.
We came in to say good fight, as we had a great time. We thought the whole thing was pretty epic. In regards to not pushing out, we waited for the right opportunity for you to make a mishap considering you outnumbered us and had a strong melee train. When you did, well – we know how that ended. Countering tactics is what we do. We saw you had a strong melee ball, we countered it.
You guys are a solid guild, toxicity aside. We are really impressed on how well you push a melee ball.

I joined late to raid but if hiding behind siege in SM is considered “good fights” then i don’t want to play WvW anymore
Its not broken. You guys just need to go back to drawing board and think of a different option rather than zerging up trying something that is impossible. There are a lot of counter to this.
Uhm when 8 generaters can be placed inside of SM and stop pushes next to a few arrow carts the only option is to zerg. which my guild doesn’t want to do. Why does anet have to give giving zergs more tools to beat zerg busting guilds?

yes lets just completely gut eles and remove all their damage from WvW. What a great idea…..
That’s basically another useless skill now. 50% reduction was way too much along with reducing the number of targets?
This is just going off the reddit post so I guess it’s not confirmed but if that is true it is killing the skill
Looking for a part time PVE guild to do guild missions and dungeons on non prime time hours. I always raid during prime time with my current guild which I am attached to so I do not want to full rep or anything.
Normally we could at least spam one but we can’t use any skills now. I would’t even be mad if they reduced the number of players that could be let into each map if that’s how they fixed it. Could we at least get an update?

the guild system in spvp is nice but I want 20v20 or at least 15v15 gvgs. 5v5 “GvG” isn’t really a gvg. Is there any news on the bigger fights?
was previously in Rekz and would love to find another 20-30 man roaming group to kill some zergs. Still working on money to transfer but should be able to in a week or so. feel free to message me in game.
normally we win reset against HOD but then lose as the asians take over. We are getting massacred atm because we don’t have nearly as many people as they do
that is tier one so idk what the normal ques are. we are experiencing 60 man ques which haven’t happened on any reset. Especially for all 4 maps
There are huge ques in FA and we only have about 30 people in each BL. Can’t do much besides bunker inside a tower or keep. Anet fix ASAP or reset is pretty much over.
Just started watching your video about the new map and I am glad TDM is finally coming into play. One thing I would recommend doing to bring it into play would be giving the players the choice to play TDM on all maps, Capture the Flag (hoping for this soon) or domination game type.
Also new map looks great and can’t wait for it.
I asked around and apparently I am the only one but my gem store just doesn’t show up. I have tried restarting the game multiple times and switched taps as well. Any way to fix this? I really have no idea why it isn’t working. It isn’t my internet either cause I was playing with a friend 2 days ago. This bug has been on my account for 3 days.
