Update is tomorrow… hopefully they have made some changes :s

I hate the new Meteorlogicus effects. The footfall looks bad, they just look like random lightning sparks coming out of the ground and the theme doesn’t really match the model of the scepter. I would love it if it had puffy cloud footfalls instead.

I prefer the current look even if it doesn’t have footfalls… i like the blue/purple trail on the end of the scepter when you run and its now gone

Please anet, consider changing the footfalls or changing the effects back!

I asked people with the scepter around SOR LA and they hate it too.

The following legendary weapons need an update IMO as the effects pretty underwhelming compared to other legendaries. These are my suggestions:

Meteorlogicus – cloud footprints / planet footprints / random elemental effects e.g. lightning, firestorms.
The Minstrel – chime sounds when equipped or upon casting a spell / music note footprints
Rodgort – flame sounds / firey arms or other armor piece (similar to the dagger)
The Howler – wolf howl sounds when used / firey wolf spirit coming out of the horn

Last week as i was searching for the mats in my bank to craft The Gift of Mastery i couldn’t find my 2 gift of exploration. I remember placing it in the top row of my bank and i havn’t touched it since i got it from world completion.

I sent a support ticket and i get this response:

[i]If you had already received the Gifts of Exploration, and have since lost it, I’m afraid there’s nothing further we can do. Our logs are a bit limited, and don’t allow us to see what may have happened to the items. Additionally, the Guild Wars Support Team is unable to replace individual items for the situation that you have described.

I’m sorry that there’s not more that we can do in this case. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.[/i]

I was really sad that they couldn’t replace the gift for me but something else just disappeared from my bank today and i can’t be assured that my items in my bank are safe. The starter masque for necromancers is missing- it was transmuted to a white and placed in my bank for my elemetalist. I am certain something is up with my bank because its always filled. I often swap armor sets on my warrior for dungeons so i know its always filled, but as i am typing this thread there is 3 slots empty and im not sure what else could be missing!

Please anet could you please investigate this further as i am positive that this is some sort of bug and im afraid that my items in my bank are at risk. I don’t want to submit another support ticket because i think i will just get the same replies that “we can’t replace items”

Armor Piece – Slayers Pants

These pants are a reward from the level 64 personal story. The skin does not match the Slayer’s Coat from the level 39 reward.

The Slayer’s Coat is from the Rubric armor set. The Slayer’s Pants is the same as the county set.

Engineers should be allowed to use a hammer and a mace. A hammer is usually a weapon that is associated with engineers in most RPG games

Elementalists should be allowed to use a greatsword/sword/axe. With the upcoming AOE nerfs you should give elementalists the ability to use a melee weapon that does mostly single target spells

I personally feel that 20 in fire for the reduced weapon skills is a must for Staff elementalist

If you open it you get “ugly wool clothing”.

It says on the tooltip that it can be exchanged for other rewards at one of the Lionguard’s gift-exchange representatives.

Around 560 MB for me

4 remaining files is around 30MB so the total is 590MB or so
