I have the same problem… My game is running at 30 fps and it completely laggs my computer out, can’t watch netflix while playing gw2 anymore. My gtx 1080 is at 100% utilization and my i7-6700k at 30-40%. I have written to the support but that has been 2 days since i send it and no answer till now. I hope they fix this fast because the game is unplayable like this.
The problem is apparently you’re reading the text wrong. It’s saying there’s an item called “+5 agony resist infusion”, and it’s giving you +5 AR. Which is means each ring is giving you 5 AR. You need an infusion bought with fractal relics to slot into your offensive/defensive infusion slot to bump it up to 10 per ring.

As you can see on the picture, i have 2 infused rings and both have the same amount of AR on them, i also have 5 ar on the amulet. but for some reason i only have 15 AR. where is the problem? both my rings should give me 10 AR
Why can i not gift a permanent finisher to a friend? i just bought 1600 gems so that i can buy me the Llama finisher and him the great junglewurm finisher, but after i bought mine and wanned to buy his i didn’t see the gift sign like on all the other stuff from the tradung post. If it is a bug fine but if it isn’t what is the reason behind it?
Yeah i know that i shouldn’t have done that… i just got so mad at that guy, and didn’t think clearly. so i got my friend to accept the kick, wasn’t my proudest moment, but PLEASE if you use the LFG tool join the right group… if you are a regen warrior, don’t join a full berserker group. In a way that is LFG abuse too! since you take advantage of a group that can do it fast but you slow them down. (btw i am Thebatmanthief (yes i know it is a really bad name))
