Hey guys we’re currently looking into this issue. To help us along with our investigation, could you please provide your location in addition to your ISP and Netdiag reports. To create a net diag report, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to your Guild Wars 2 folder.
2. Right-click on “GW2.exe” and select “Create Shortcut.”
3. Right-click on “GW2.exe – Shortcut” and select “Rename.”
4. Rename this file to “Guild Wars 2 Diagnostic.”
5. Right-click on “Guild Wars 2 Diagnostic” and select “Properties.”
6. Locate the “Target” line and add the following to the end “-diag”
Your target line should look like this: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\GW2.exe” -diag
7. Click “Ok” to save your changes.
8. Double click “Guild Wars 2 Diagnostic” to start the test.
Once completed, please click “View Results” and save the results to a text file on your desktop. Once saved, please attach that to this thread (be sure to click “More posting & formatting options…” at the bottom).
how come you’re quoting the same post as the top thread? instead why not tell us why and what is going on,like others have said before,its happening on quite a few maps some with no lag at all.also it starts at peak times and in wvwvw alot in eternal battlegrounds.
ok so i know there are alot of posts about the lag already.but now its stopping me from doing most things in the game.if i try and attack a mob or anything i just stand there looking at it.normally between 6 and 10 seconds before i fly about the screen doing whatever moves ive pressed sometimes longer,i know this isnt a hardware fault as i can play any other mmo fine? with high fps and no lag what so ever.yet as soon as i play gw2 it starts with the skill lag.i answer would be nice? but it wont happen
Ive not played wvw for a few weeks,so i thought i would give a another go today..
after 2 mins it was apparent that the skill lag and rubber banding hasn’t been fixed.
i tried to run through a keep door,which took me 5 seconds to get through.then i bounced back to the door and stood on the spot spinning about attacking nothing?
it seems i cant even stand in starting zone without the skill lag of doom..whats going on?
like the title says,my F3 return to me skill is bugged? its giving me a highlighted ground target on my mouse pointer.the skill works but it gives me the ground target which i have to click away for it to dissapear,anyone else having this issue?
absolutely stupid,i keep getting errors for login both forum and game its took me 20 mins to log to the games website and it keeps saying ive got the problem ??
yet no word on the forum from GM’s ,if its a issue on their part then surely they should say so.
